Hydraulically damping rubber bearing including an inner part, an outer part oriented concentrically or eccentrically in relation to the inner part and at some distance from the inner part, and a rubber part inserted between the inner part and the outer part, in which rubber part there are at least two chambers filled with damping medium, whereby at least two chambers are connected to one another by means of a flow connection, whereby the flow connection is located in a rigid element and is contained in the rubber part.

Hydraulically damping elastic bearing

A hydraulically damping engine mount has two fluid-filled chambers and a connection passage located in a partition between the two chambers. The mount also has an additional flexible wall which encloses an intermediate space, which intermediate space can be evacuated by means of at least one flow connection to alter the damping characteristic of the mount. For this purpose, the flow connection has a check valve and a switch.

Hydraulically damping engine mounting

Elastic rubber bearing consisting of an inner part, an outer part located at some distance from it, and interposed between them a rubber part, to which axial tension and/or pressure can be applied and which allows cardanic that is, rotational and/or non-axial, movements with very low friction forces. For this purpose, the rubber part, together with the inner part and the outer part, forms a cavity which is filled with fluid, which transmits the corresponding support forces in the direction of the principal load.

Elastic rubber bearing allowing cardanic movement with low restoring

A bearing which includes an inner part and an outer part arranged in spaced apart relation. In between the inner part and the outer part is a rubber, or resilient, part which can be loaded axially for tension and/or compression and which permits cardanic loads with very little restoring torque. The rubber part, together with the inner part and the outer part, form a cavity which is filled with fluid which transfers corresponding load capacities in the main load direction.

Bearing for the elastic mounting of machines, machine parts and/or vehicle parts in which the rubber body located between the fasteners is designed so that the oxygen in the atmospheric air cannot come in contact with the rubber body. For this purpose the surface of the rubber body facing the atmosphere is covered by a liquid-tight membrane which is impermeable to gas and/or oxygen, and the cavity betwween the rubber body and the membrane is filled with an inert gas and/or an inert liquid. Alternatively, the surface of the rubber body facing the atmosphere can be coateed with a gas-tight, elastic material.

Hydraulically damping elastic bearing with two rigid end walls opposite one another in the axial direction, and at least two chambers located one behind the other and containing damping fluid, at least one of which has a circumferential wall designed as an elastic spring element, whereby the chambers are separated from one another by a partition which is at least partly elastic exhibiting slits for an exchange of fluids. The elastic partition should thereby be designed so that when there is flow against the membrane from different chambers at the same pressure, a different pressure reduction is possible. For this purpose, the elastic partition is asymmetrical in cross section in relation to its center line, at least in the area of the slits, so that the opposite surfaces of the elastic partition are at different distances from the center plane in the area of a slit.

Axially and radially-loadable bearing which damps in an axial direction for elastic mounting of machines, machine parts, and/or vehicle parts. This bearing has an outer part and two elastomeric or rubber springs located between an inner, often rotating, part and an outer part, which form a cavity area which is preferably filled with damping fluid and in which there is a partition separating the cavity into two chambers. The partition comprises a rigid sliding part guided on the inner part and a rigid fastening part connected in a fixed manner to the outer part. The two rigid parts are connected to one another by means of an elastomeric or rubber thrust washer. Preferably, there is a throttle in at least one of the rigid parts. As a result of the arrangement of a rubber thrust washer between the sliding part and the fastening part, the bearing can absorb radial and Cardan motions at the same time as it absorbs axial loads without jamming, and without the occurrence of a appreciable change of the throttle opening cross-sectional area.

Axially-loadable bearing

Hydraulic damping single-chamber mounting for motor vehicles with two rigid end walls axially disposed opposite one another, and at least two chambers containing damping fluid disposed axially behind one another. In a first of the two chambers, the damping fluid can be both compressed and decompressed. A rigid partition separates the two chambers. The partition is fixed and rigidly clamped on its outside circumference. The chambers are in communication with one another by means of a circular channel running around a central axis of the rigid partition. The rigid partition is located radially inside an elastic, axially-movable membrane. The membrane is fixed and rigidly clamped on its outside circumference. The rigid partition has at least one overpressure valve which operates for each direction of positive pressure between the chambers to prevent noises during cavitation in the decompression phase and pressure peaks in the compression phase within the first chamber.

Hydraulically damped elastic engine mount

Hydraulic-vibrationally damping rubber mount for motor vehicles with two rigid end surfaces opposite one another in the axial direction and at least two chambers containing damping fluid arranged one after the other, whereby the chambers are connected with one another by means of a choke point. The partition delimiting the two chambers is designed rigidly in the outer region, and held in an axially-movable manner in the inner region. There is a fixed body included in the center. The elastic wall, by means of its flexibility, prevents any cavitation in the rubber mount. At the same time, the fixed body can be used as a tuned vibration-absorption mass for the frequency-dependent reduction of the dynamic spring rigidity. In addition, a bypass can be formed in the inner region, whereby by means of webs, a pre-stressed disc is pressed against a seal surface, so that for large amplitudes of generating a vacuum in the damping fluid causing cavitation, the pre-stressing is overcome, and releases a bypass, so that no disruptive vibrational effects occur.
