There is provided an apparatus for extraction of at least one object from a cavity. The apparatus includes a sleeve including an inflatable section configured to surround the at least one object during inflation; a handle configured to enable a user to hold the sleeve, the handle defining a holding edge of an opening at a first portion of the sleeve; and a handle-mount mounted to a peripheral area around the opening, the handle-mount being for attachment of a pump used for inflating the inflatable section. There is also provided a pressure limitation apparatus configured to operate with a birth assistance device when attached via a conduit.

A regulator diameter device to extract an element that is inside a cavity, which is introduced together with a flexible sleeve and an applicator, which comprises an adjustment strip of flexible material; and at least of a mean to regulate said diameter, with the adjustment strip open. The means to regulate such strip: a hollow case with a distal end and a proximal end, fixed to one of the traction handles, at least one string passes through this case, in which the distal ends of the at least one string, are fixed to the open ends of the adjustment strip, while the proximal ends of the string are fixed to a pulling system. Introduce the combination (regulator device and the applicator) inside the cavity until the applicators' cup makes its first contact with the element to be extracted; b) go on pushing the combination which will open the distal ends of the applicator tentacles; c) once the mayor area of the element to be extracted is passed a first regulation of the adjustment strip is done, pulling the trigger and blocking it in this new position; d) keep on pushing until the final insertion; e) regulate again the adjustment strip until its final measure, being able to measure the diameter of the element to be extracted, which can be read in the pulling system scale; f) inflate the air chamber if the device has one; g) remove the applicator; h) pull the traction handles to extract the element that is inside the cavity.

A device to extract elements contained in cavities that uses a bag for their extraction that folds onto itself and an applier provided with an air chamber, which bag has pockets into which tentacles of the applier are introduced; and that is provided with means to pull from same; an applier that is comprised by a first piece called outer tube, that is hollow and of rigid material which, at its distal end, turns into at least two tentacles that allow its radial flexibility, and in its proximal end, means are provided to fix the second piece, called inner tube, which is a hollow tube, open at its ends, that slides into the body of the outer tube and that provides a funnel at its distal end. The device may have grade scale either on the tentacles, the inner tube as well as on the bag. Additionally, this provides two rings used as reference, on each of the folds of the bag.

Device for extracting elements from cavities, which uses a bag for extraction and an applicator

A device to extract elements contained in a cavity, additional to patent of invention P060105329, and of preferable application to assistance at childbirth and/or extraction of elements seated in cavities of the human body, facilitating the task of medical professionals. Said device is comprised of a bag having one of its ends open, through which it is possible to introduce the element to be extracted, in which, in a first embodiment and on the outer surface of the bag and along all its circumference line, there is at least one air chamber being able to get in contact with the element to be extracted when receiving inner pressure, being said chamber connected to a pressure generating means; and in a second embodiment, an outward fold is defined on said bag, forming an annular cavity at the time it gets in contact with the cavity containing the element to be extracted.
