One embodiment of an apparatus for assisting a diver in putting on and removing diving accessories may include a seating platform. The seating platform may be adapted to be rested on a surface for enabling the diver to sit thereon. The apparatus may also include a support platform coupled with the seating platform. The support platform may be adapted to be rested on the surface for supporting the diving accessories thereon, thereby allowing the diver sitting on the seating platform to put on and remove the diving accessories.

A smart fuel injection system for an automobile is provided for use with a multi-port engine wherein engine coolant is utilized, as well as temperature readings within the head of each of the injector nozzles in the cylinders of the engine and a variety of other known engine performance and operating condition data, to carefully adjust and maintain the air-to-fuel ratio of the engine and maximize fuel efficiency. The system includes a multi-cylinder engine having at least one fuel injector, an engine control unit, a plurality of sensors for measuring automobile operating conditions, and coolant control means for continuously regulate the quantity of engine coolant passing to the engine.

A trouble light for car mechanics, etc., which utilizes magnets to position and mount the trouble light so as to more effectively direct light on to the desired work area. In particular, it is primarily designed for use in relatively close spaces where it is either inconvenient or impossible to employ conventional means such as a hook or a second person to position and direct the light. The light includes a bracket composed of a non-ferromagnetic material such as aluminum, a plurality of magnets mounted onto the bracket, a plurality of angular ferromagnetic pole pieces for mounting the magnets onto the bracket, and a heat shield for protecting the magnets from heat radiated by the light bulb. The bracket and the heat shield are mounted to the light housing of the trouble light such that the shield is interposed between the bracket and the housing.
