A bus bar system having at least one bus bar which is accommodated in a contact-protection housing in a contact-protection manner and in an accessible manner via contacting passages for electrical devices and/or device adapters, the contact-protection housing having a lower part and an upper part which is detachably fixed on the lower part and between which the at least one bus bar is held, wherein the upper part has, on its side facing the lower part, a plurality of plug-in receptacles extending from the latter into the lower part, and the lower part has at least one slide with at least one latching pawl which can be adjusted between a locking position, in which the at least one latching pawl engages in the plug-in receptacle, and a release position, in which the at least one latching pawl is positioned in front of the plug-in receptacle. A corresponding method is further described.

Bus bar system with at least one bus bar held in a contact protection housing

A switchgear cabinet assembly or rack assembly including an electric supply device that can be or is connected to a primary power supply. Equipment that is housed in at least one switchgear cabinet or rack on the user side, or equipment that is to be supplied with electricity can be or is connected to the electric supply device. To achieve simple and reliable connection options, a sub-distribution device is located in the switchgear cabinet or rack or in a separate cabinet or rack. The device has at least one sub-distribution unit that can be or is connected to the primary power supply, having a housing or frame and being retained and secured by a mounting unit. According to this invention, the sub-distribution unit can be or is connected to primary supply lines that lead to the primary power supply and to pre-fabricated connection lines that lead to the rack.

Switchgear cabinet assembly or rack assembly

A liquid cooling system having cooling units individually assigned to electronic component groups housed in a rack or a switchgear cabinet, which are to be cooled, and having a monitoring and control arrangement for monitoring a cooling temperature. Effective cooling and temperature monitoring is obtained because the cooling units are liquid cooling units and are connected via branch points to a common central liquid line system integrated into the rack or the switchgear cabinet. The control and monitoring arrangement is for monitoring the cooling temperature in the central liquid line system and for emitting an error signal when a predetermined or a predeterminable threshold temperature in a liquid return branch is exceeded, or when a predetermined or predeterminable threshold temperature difference between a temperature in an inlet branch and a temperature in the return branch is exceeded, or when the liquid flow falls below a predetermined or predeterminable threshold value.

Liquid cooling system

A frame support for a rack or a switchgear cabinet, having an electrification arrangement combined with at least one frame leg or profiled mounting element for supplying and/or removing electrical current to or from devices which can be connected with the frame support. Simple and definite electrical connecting possibilities for electrical devices are accomplished with the electrification arrangement having at least one separate electrification strip attached to a frame leg or profiled mounting element which is formed by a hollow profiled receiving element and is at least partially open on a long side and in at least one hollow space of the profiled receiving element contact rails or connection lines are installed in a manner protected against electric shock. Inserts are provided, which are inserted or can be inserted into the electrification strip and have plug receivers protected against electric shock for device plugs of the devices to be connected, as well as contact elements which are or can be brought into electrical contact with the contact rails.

Frame comprising an electrifying device

A method and a device for detecting leaks in components conducting liquids by a sensor reacting to leaks. The component to be monitored is inserted into a closable envelope containing the leaked liquid. Electrodes are embedded into the envelope. The resistance and/or the capacitance between the electrodes is changed if leaking liquid enters the closed envelope. With a sensor connected to the electrodes, which reacts to the resistance and/or capacitance changes, a display and/or alarm signal is triggered. It is possible to monitor the entire component for leaks.

Method for the detection of leaks in components conducting liquids and device for executing the method

A cupboard monitoring device, for fitting in a cupboard, including a rack or a rack-like folded structure and for monitoring and control of functions affecting the cupboard itself, including a temperature monitoring and a temperature regulation, by a monitoring unit, arranged within a housing, having a housing upper piece and housing lower piece, with connected sensors. Advantageous equipping of a cupboard with the cupboard monitoring device can be achieved if the housing is embodied as a roof unit, with fixing holes arranged in the boundary region thereof for connection to the rack or the rack-like folded structure, where at least one part of the sensors are arranged on the underside of the housing lower piece, facing the cupboard interior.

Cupboard monitoring device

A switchgear cabinet monitoring and control arrangement with several switchgear cabinet monitoring and control devices connected to a network, and with at least one personal computer, which is in communication with the devices through the network. Simple operation is achieved because the at least one personal computer is connected to the network by a web browser. A server is assigned to a group of the switchgear cabinet monitoring and control devices, in which a management device containing information regarding the switchgear cabinet monitoring and control devices stored therein and including their respective identification, is arranged. The information can be called up using the at least one personal computer.

Switchgear cabinet monitoring and control arrangement

A switchgear cabinet or a switchgear cabinet assembly having at least one monitoring device arranged therein for monitoring switchgear cabinet functions, including temperature regulation. This invention provides extended control options for the safety of the switchgear cabinet, while maintaining its ease of use. To achieve this, the monitoring device is connected by a link to a monitoring module of a computational unit, which is responsible for external functions and is housed in the switchgear cabinet or assembly, and is configured for evaluating signals received from the monitoring module.

Switchgear cabinet or switchgear cabinet assembly comprising a monitoring device that is arranged therein

A switch cupboard or a switch cupboard arrangement having at least one monitoring device for switch cupboard functions including temperature regulation arranged therein. The invention is constructed in a simple manner and provided with multiple monitoring possibilities, whereby the monitoring device is connected to another server-switching device, which is arranged in the switch cupboard or the switch cupboard arrangement in a data transmission link. The monitoring device is configured in such a way that it can detect operational data from the server-switching device and/or provide display information on a display control device associated with the server-switching device, and/or record configuration data inputted via the display control device.

Switch cupboard or switch cupboard arrangement comprising a monitoring device arranged therein

The invention relates to a control box with monitoring and control modules for statuses of built-in and/or fitted components thereof. Adaptions for various operative requirements with a comprehensible construction is achieved in that there is a central control device which can be connected via inputs and outputs to the monitoring and/or control components and by means of which the statuses of the various built-in and/or fitted components can be individually monitored, controlled and/or regulated in a predetermined or predeterminable manner.

Energy management system with arrangement to monitor and control heating, ventilating and air conditioning components

A switchgear cabinet monitoring installation, wherein a switchgear cabinet has at least one control device for units built-in or units attached to the switchgear cabinet, and at least one server. A rapid detection and reaction to a failure of the network is achieved with each control device and each server being connected via the network with a lead computer, wherein the control devices are coupled through additional connections with the lead computer and via connectors with the servers. In case of a failure of the network, the data exchange between the control devices and the lead computer can be established via the additional connection.
