A lighting apparatus comprising a lighting part that includes a light emitting area having a plurality of first light emitting areas that are separated apart from each other and a plurality of second light emitting areas separated apart from each other and a non-light emitting area including a first non-light emitting area surrounding the plurality of first light emitting areas and the plurality of second light emitting areas and a plurality of second non-light emitting areas extending from the first non-light emitting area, the lighting apparatus comprises a substrate; a plurality of first electrodes disposed on the substrate in the light emitting area; an organic layer disposed on the plurality of first electrodes; a second electrode disposed on the organic layer; and an encapsulation part disposed on the second electrode; wherein the plurality of first light emitting areas are arranged in a first direction, and the plurality of second light emitting areas are arranged in a second direction intersecting with the first direction, and wherein the second non-light emitting areas correspond to an area in which a plurality of patterns are included.

Lighting apparatus

A lighting device includes a substrate having a light emitting area and a non-light emitting area surrounding the light emitting area, a light emitting part in the light emitting area, a first inorganic layer on the light emitting part and the non-light emitting area, a first organic layer on the first inorganic layer overlapping the light emitting part, a second inorganic layer on the first organic layer, a protruding part on the first inorganic layer of the non-light emitting area, and a cover layer on the protruding part.

Lighting device and display apparatus

A flexible display apparatus including a protective film is provided. The protective film can include penetrating holes extending in parallel in a direction perpendicular to a bending direction. Deformation preventing elements having the modulus of elasticity higher than the protective film can be disposed in the penetrating holes of the protective film. The protective film and the deformation preventing elements can be coupled with a device substrate including a light-emitting device, an encapsulating layer and a barrier layer, which are sequentially stacked on the device substrate by an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer can include a first adhesive element overlapping with the protective film, and second adhesive elements overlapping with the deformation preventing elements. The second adhesive elements can have the modulus of elasticity lower than the first adhesive element. Thus, in the flexible display apparatus, the deformation of the protective film due to a bending stress can be prevented.

Flexible display apparatus having a protective film

Provided is a flexible organic light emitting display device including a pixel area and a bezel area that includes a first inorganic encapsulation layer on an organic light emitting element of the pixel area; a second inorganic encapsulation layer that is relatively flatter than the first inorganic encapsulation layer and encapsulates a plurality of foreign matter compensation layers by contacting the first inorganic encapsulation layer in the bezel area; and a foreign matter compensation layer structure in which the plurality of foreign matter compensation layers are stacked between the first inorganic encapsulation layer and the second inorganic encapsulation layer.

Flexible organic light emitting display device

The present disclosure provides an organic light emitting display that may comprise: an organic light emitting device (OLED) including a first electrode, an organic layer including a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode, which are sequentially formed on a substrate having a Thin Film Transistor (TFT) formed on the substrate; and an upper encapsulation layer, which is formed of an aluminum oxide-based material, is formed in a single layer, and is disposed on the substrate on which the organic light emitting device (OLED) is formed, wherein a Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR) of the upper encapsulation layer is smaller than or equal to 10g/m/day.
