The operating method includes: receiving a first source voltage through a first voltage signal pin; based on the first source voltage different from a target voltage of the storage device, controlling the first source voltage to the target voltage; receiving a command, which indicates an information request associated with an operation voltage of the storage device, from a host; transmitting a response, which corresponds to the information request, to the host by using the storage device; receiving a second source voltage which has a voltage level different from the first source voltage, through the first voltage signal pin; and providing the second source voltage to the non-volatile memory.

Provided is a light emitting display device and a method of driving the same. The light emitting display device includes: a display panel in which pixel lines including a plurality of pixels are divided into at least one area A and at least one area B; a panel driver connected to the pixel line; and a timing controller for controlling operation of the panel driver to perform image data writing (IDW) driving for sequentially writing input image data to a plurality of pixel lines included in one of the area A and the area B and to perform sensing data writing (SDW) driving for writing sensing data to a pixel line included in one of the area A and the area B in a vertical blank period in which image data writing driving is not performed. The timing controller writes coupling compensation data during the vertical blank period. According to the present disclosure, a device can be realized in consideration of a sensing deviation that may be generated in a compensation operation for improving deterioration of elements included in a display panel and increasing the lifespan thereof.

Various embodiments provide is an organic light emitting display device including a first pixel having a first organic light emitting diode (OLED) and a first driving transistor and a second pixel having a second OLED and a second driving transistor. The first pixel and the second pixel are electrically connected to a first data line. A source electrode of the first driving transistor is electrically connected to a first reference voltage line, and a source electrode of the second driving transistor is electrically connected to a second reference voltage line.

Organic light emitting diode display and compensation method of driving characteristics thereof

An organic light emitting display device includes a display panel, a data driver, and a scan driver. The display panel includes sub-pixels. The data driver supplies a data signal to the sub-pixels. The scan driver supplies a scan signal for controlling a switching transistor of each sub-pixel, and a sensing signal for controlling a sensing transistor of each sub-pixel. The sensing transistor has a turn-on time for detecting whether a short has occurred between at least two electrodes of a switching transistor in response to a sensing signal.

Organic light emitting display device and driving method thereof

A data driver and a display device using the same are disclosed. The display device includes a display panel having a display area displaying an image, signal lines including data lines, first power lines, and sensing lines connected to the display panel, and a data driver connected to the signal lines. The data driver includes first channel groups outputting a data signal, second channel groups outputting and sensing a sensing voltage, and third channel groups outputting a high potential voltage. An organic light emitting display includes a display panel including display lines, on which a plurality of pixels each including an organic light emitting diode and a driving thin film transistor (TFT) are formed. The display lines are sequentially charged to an image display data voltage in response to an image display gate pulse in an image display period of one frame. A sensing target display line among the display lines outputs a sensing voltage corresponding to changes in electrical characteristic of the driving TFT included in each pixel in response to a sensing gate pulse during a vertical blank period excluding the image display period from the one frame and then is charged to a luminance recovery data voltage. The sensing gate pulse is supplied in the same pulse shape as the image display gate pulse in a predetermined period for charging the luminance recovery data voltage.
