The present disclosure relates to a protection member, a display apparatus and a method of manufacturing the display apparatus. The protection member includes a protective film including a first layer having a central area, a first side area extended to a first edge of the central area, a second side area intersecting the first edge of the central area, and a corner area extended between the first side area and the second side area, and a second layer arranged on the first layer and exposing at least a portion of the corner area of the first layer; and a shielding member shielding the at least the portion of the corner area exposed.

Protection member, display apparatus, and method of manufacturing display apparatus

A protective film and a display device including the protective film are provided. The protective film includes: a first layer having a middle area, a first side area connected to a first edge of the middle area, a second side area connected to a second edge intersecting with the first edge of the middle area, and a corner area connecting the first side area to the second side area, a second layer disposed on the first layer and exposing at least a portion of at least one of the corner area, the first side area, and the second side area of the first layer, and a third layer disposed on the exposed at least a portion of the at least one of the corner area, the first side area, and the second side area of the first layer, the third layer being a shape memory alloy.

Protective film and display device including the same

An apparatus for manufacturing a display device including: a photographing member configured to photograph a first alignment mark, a second alignment mark, a third alignment mark, and a fourth alignment mark, which are provided in a display panel; and a control member configured to set an imaginary reference point, taking into account the first alignment mark, the second alignment mark, the third alignment mark, and the fourth alignment mark, which are photographed by the photographing member. The control member sets a first position which is included in the imaginary reference point and at which a first imaginary straight line connecting the first alignment mark to the third alignment mark and a second imaginary straight line connecting the second alignment mark to the fourth alignment mark cross each other.

Method and apparatus for manufacturing display device

A display apparatus includes a bending area and a non-bending area, a display panel including a first panel area, a second panel area, and a panel bending portion that is bent such that at least a portion of the first panel area overlaps a portion of the second panel area, the display panel may have a curvature in the bending area, and a spacer between the first panel area and the second panel area, the spacer including a first portion in the bending area and a second portion in the non-bending area, wherein the first portion of the spacer is different in material from the second portion, and wherein the first portion of the spacer may have a curvature in the bending area substantially equal to a curvature of the display panel in the bending area.
