A humidifier may be provided that includes a main body having a discharge part, a base on which the main body is seated, a tray seated on the base to store water, a disk assembly seated on the tray to humidify air, a filter assembly disposed in the main body to filter the humidified air, and a fan disposed at a downstream side of the filter assembly.

A humidifier may be provided that includes a tray in which water is stored, a detection plate disposed on the tray to contact the water stored in the tray, and a case assembly including a contact plate contacting the detection plate and a water level detection part connected to the contact plate to detect a water level within the tray based on capacitance of the detection plate.

A water purifier includes a filter part to filter water, a storage part to store the water filtered by the filter part, and a separation unit to partition a space within the storage part into a plurality of spaces. A contact part is disposed between an inner surface of the storage part and the separation unit.
