A fan motor includes a housing, a stator assembly disposed inside the housing, a rotor assembly rotatably disposed inside the stator assembly, an impeller configured to generate a flow of air in the housing based on receiving power from the rotor assembly, a first housing cover disposed at one side of the housing, a first bearing disposed in the first housing cover, a second housing cover disposed at another side of the housing and configured to guide the air along an axial direction of the impeller, a second bearing disposed in the second housing cover, and a vane disposed at a lower portion of the second housing cover and configured to guide the air in the second housing cover. The impeller is a diagonal flow impeller, and the second housing cover is arranged along the axial direction.

Fan motor

A fan motor includes a motor mount, a motor part accommodated in an inner space of the motor mount, and an impeller disposed above the motor mount. The motor mount defines: an air discharge opening configured to discharge air discharged from the impeller to an outer space of the motor mount; a cooling flow path outlet disposed at the upper side of the motor mount at a position between the impeller and the air discharge opening; and a first cooling flow path inlet disposed at a position below the air discharge opening and the cooling flow path outlet. The fan motor further includes a guide that is configured to direct, to an upward direction, at least a portion of air that is discharged through the air discharge opening and introduced to the inner space through the first cooling flow path inlet.

An electric motor includes a housing, a stator assembly disposed in the housing, a rotor assembly rotatably disposed in the stator assembly, and an impeller configured to be rotated by the rotor assembly and to generate a flow of air. The stator assembly defines an inner flow path configured to guide a part of the air to pass through an inside of the stator assembly. The housing defines a bypass flow path at an outside of the stator assembly, where the bypass flow path is configured to guide another part of the air to bypass the stator assembly.

Electric motor

A fan motor has a motor mount, a motor part accommodated in an inner space of the motor mount, and an impeller disposed above the motor mount. The motor mount defines: an air discharge opening configured to discharge air discharged from the impeller to an outer space of the motor mount; a cooling flow path outlet disposed at the upper side of the motor mount at a position between the impeller and the air discharge opening; and a first cooling flow path inlet disposed at a position below the air discharge opening and the cooling flow path outlet. Disclosed is a fan motor. The present disclosure provides a fan motor including a motor housing receiving a motor therein, a motor bracket disposed on the motor housing, an impeller coupled to a shaft of the motor, and a diffuser disposed between the motor and the impeller and having a vane body, an axial flow vane provided to an inner circumference of the vane body, and a diagonal flow vane provided above the axial flow vane.

Fan motor and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to a gas heat pump system. A gas heat pump system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a compressor for compressing a refrigerant; a gas engine for driving the compressor; a mixer for mixing air and fuel to generate a mixed gas to be supplied to the gas engine; a mixed gas supply line connected between the mixer and the gas engine; and a supercharger for supercharging the mixed gas supplied to the gas engine through the mixed gas supply line, wherein the supercharger comprises a sealed housing formed by sealing the remaining parts thereof other than an inlet port and an outlet port through which the mixed gas moves into and out of the housing, and a bypass line is provided between the sealed housing and the inlet port of the supercharger so as to resupply a mixed gas in the sealed housing to the inlet port of the supercharger. Therefore, the system can prevent a safety-related accident resulting from the leakage of the mixed gas out of the supplier and can reduce the amount of fuel consumption.

Gas heat pump system

A cooling and heating cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: an inner case having a storage space provided therein; an outer case which is disposed surrounding the inner case and forms an insulation cavity between the outer case and the inner case; a thermoelectric element module disposed in the insulation cavity; a separation panel disposed inside the inner case and having a plurality of through-holes; an agitating part disposed between the separation panel and the bottom surface of the inner case, and having a magnet and an agitating fan that rotates with the magnet; and a magnetic field-generating part disposed outside the outer case, and generating a magnetic field to rotate the magnet.

Cooling and heating cabinet

A fan motor is provided that includes an inner housing having an inner space formed therein; a rotational shaft assembly supported in the inner housing and having a rotor and a bearing mounted on a rotational shaft thereof; a stator disposed to surround the rotor in the inner housing; an impeller connected to the rotational shaft; and an outer housing that surrounds an outer periphery of the inner housing and having an inlet body that guides air to the impeller. At least one heat dissipation vane is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the inner housing to guide air which passes between the inner housing and the outer housing after being suctioned into the inlet body, and thus, when being guided by the at least one heat dissipation vane, the air having been moved by the impeller may efficiently absorb heat transferred from the stator to the at least one heat dissipation vane and more stably flow than when colliding against the stator and the rotor, and thus, may be quickly discharged.
