There is provided a display device including a substrate, a circuit layer, and an element layer. A display area of the substrate includes a main display area in which emission areas are arranged side by side, and at least one sub-display area surrounded by the main display area. The at least one sub-display area further includes light transmission areas located between the emission areas. The circuit layer includes light-emitting pixel drivers respectively electrically connected to the light-emitting elements of the element layer, data lines transmitting data signals to the light-emitting pixel drivers, first dummy lines extending in a first direction intersecting the data lines, and second dummy lines extending parallel to the data lines and paired with the data lines, respectively. The second dummy lines include reset transmission lines extending from the non-display area to the at least one sub-display area.

Display device

A display device includes: a plurality of data lines extending in a first direction, and first to third pixels connected to the plurality of data lines. The first pixel includes a first pixel electrode overlapping the plurality of data lines in a plan view in a thickness direction. The second pixel includes a second pixel electrode spaced apart from the plurality of data lines in the plan view in the thickness direction. The third pixel includes a third pixel electrode overlapping the plurality of data lines in the plan view in the thickness direction.

Organic light-emitting display device

Provided is a display device which comprises a display area, a non-display area on an outer side of the display area, a data line unit comprising a plurality of data lines, a power line unit disposed over the plurality of data lines and comprising a plurality of power lines, and a touch line unit disposed over the power line unit, comprising a plurality of touch lines and comprising a fan-out portion. The display device has a fan-out configuration in its non-display area, thereby reducing the dead space.

A stage in an emission control driver of a display device includes an input unit to control a voltage of a first node and a second node in response to a first input signal supplied from a first input terminal and a second input signal supplied from a second input terminal, respectively; a first controller to control a voltage of a third node and a fourth node in response to a third input signal supplied from a third input terminal and the voltage of the second node; a second controller to control the voltage of the fourth node in response to the voltage of the first node; and an output unit to supply a voltage of a first power supply or a second power supply to an output terminal in response to the voltage of the third node or the voltage of the fourth node. The first controller includes a first transistor and a second transistor connected between the first power supply and the third node; and a third transistor connected between the first node and the third node, the first transistor being turned on in response to the voltage of the second power supply.

Emission control driver stage and display device including the same

A display device includes a substrate including a pixel area including a pixel; a peripheral area adjacent to the pixel area; and a boundary between the pixel area and the peripheral area, the boundary comprising a rounded corner; a data driver in the peripheral area; a data line through which a data signal is provided from the data driver to the pixel; and an initialization voltage source in the peripheral area and connected to the pixel, the initialization voltage source extended along the rounded corner of the boundary between the pixel area and the peripheral area. Along the rounded corner of the boundary, the initialization voltage source overlaps the data line along a thickness direction.

A display device includes a substrate including a bent area, and a flat area including a plurality of pixels, a plurality of island-shaped inorganic insulating patterns arranged on the substrate in the bent area to be separate from each other, an organic insulating layer including a concavo-convex surface covering the inorganic insulating patterns in the bent area, and wiring lines arranged on the organic insulating layer and overlapping the inorganic insulating patterns.

A display device includes a substrate which includes a display area and a non-display area, a pixel unit which is provided in the display area and includes a plurality of pixel columns, and data lines which are respectively connected to the pixel columns and apply data signals to the pixel columns. The non-display area includes a fanout area, a bent area, and a pad area which are sequentially arranged. The respective data lines are disposed on different layers in the fanout area and the pad area. A resulting display device can reduce resistance deviation between data signals in a first data line and a second data line, thereby reducing vertical line defects.

A display device may include a scan line, a data line, a power line, a substrate, a transistor, a light emitting device, a light shielding member, and a shielding layer. The scan line extends in a first direction and may transfer a scan signal. The data line extends in a second direction and may transfer a data signal. The power line is spaced from the data line and may transfer a driving voltage. The light emitting device is electrically connected to the transistor. The light shielding member is disposed between the substrate and the transistor. The shielding layer is electrically connected to the power line. The light shielding member includes a body member and a bridge member. The body member overlaps the transistor. The bridge member extends in the second direction from the body member and overlaps the shielding layer.

A display device includes a scan driver supplying a scan signal to scan lines, an emission control driver supplying an emission control signal to emission control lines, and a data driver supplying data signals to data lines coupled to pixels. Each pixel includes a drive transistor controlling an amount of current from a first power supply to a second power supply via an organic light-emitting diode, and three other transistors. The third transistor is turned on by a scan signal on a prior scan line and receives a voltage of a third power supply. The first and second transistors are turned on by a scan signal on a present scan line. The fourth power supply is different from the second and third power supplies, and the first and third transistors receive voltages of their respective power supplies through different power lines on different layers.
