A method for manufacturing a display device includes: forming a first active pattern in a display area; forming a first insulation layer covering the first active pattern; forming a first gate metal pattern including a first gate electrode overlapping the first active pattern; forming a second insulation layer covering the first gate metal pattern; forming a second gate metal pattern overlapping the first gate metal pattern; forming a third insulation layer covering the second gate metal pattern; forming a second active pattern on the third insulation layer; forming a third gate metal pattern including: a second gate electrode overlapping the second active pattern; and a bridge pattern, the bridge pattern being disposed in a peripheral area surrounding the display area; forming a fourth insulation layer covering the third gate metal pattern; and forming a source metal pattern disposed on the fourth insulation layer, the source metal pattern including: a first power wiring pattern; and a second power wiring pattern spaced apart from the first power wiring pattern, wherein the first power wiring pattern and the second power wiring pattern are disposed in the peripheral area contacting the bridge pattern.

An organic light emitting diode ('OLED') display includes a semiconductor layer on a substrate, first and second signal lines on the semiconductor layer, a shield layer on the first and second signal lines, a data line on the shield layer, and an OLED on the data line, where the transistor includes a driving transistor, a second transistor connected to the first signal line and the data line, and a third transistor including a gate electrode connected to the first signal line, a third electrode connected to a second electrode of the driving transistor, and a fourth electrode connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, the shield layer includes an overlapped portion overlapping at least a part of the connection portion and non-overlaps the second transistor, and the shield layer is separated from the first and second signal lines with a gap therebetween in a plan view.

Organic light emitting diode display

A display device includes: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; a light blocking layer disposed on the substrate; and a semiconductor layer disposed on the light blocking layer, wherein the light blocking layer includes a plurality of flat plate portions disposed in the display area, a first connector connected to the flat plate portions in a first direction, a second connector connected to the flat plate portions in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and an outer portion disposed in the non-display area, and the first connector and the outer portion are directly connected to each other, and a width of the outer portion is greater than a width of the first connector.

A display device includes a substrate having a display area and a non-display area. A plurality of insulation layers are disposed on the substrate. A pixel is disposed on the substrate in the display area. The pixel includes a transistor and a light emitting element electrically connected to the transistor. A crack blocker is disposed on the substrate in the non-display area and includes a plurality of first crack block grooves defined in at least one of the plurality of insulation layers. Each first crack block grooves extends in a first direction and is arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction. A plurality of second crack block grooves is defined in at least one of the plurality of insulation layers and is adjacent to the plurality of first crack block grooves. Each second crack block grooves extends in the second direction and is arranged in the first direction.

An electronic apparatus includes a base substrate having an active area and a peripheral area adjacent to the active area. A plurality of pixels is disposed on the active area. The electronic apparatus also includes a plurality of power lines connected to the pixels. A power pad is disposed on a peripheral area and is configured to receive a power voltage. A power pattern is disposed on the peripheral area and connecting the power lines to the power pad. A plurality of sensing electrodes is disposed on the pixels in the active area. A plurality of sensing pads is disposed on the peripheral area and is electrically connected to the sensing electrodes. The sensing pads overlap with the power pattern.

A display device may include a display panel and an input sensor. Mesh lines of the input sensor may include first mesh lines extending in a first direction and second mesh lines extending in a second direction crossing the first direction. The first mesh lines and the second mesh lines may cross each other at a plurality of cross points. In a unit region of the sensing electrode, first cutting points may be defined in the first mesh lines and the second mesh lines, and second cutting points may be defined in the first mesh lines and the second mesh lines.

A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, a reference voltage supply line disposed in the non-display area and transmitting a reference voltage, and a driving voltage supply line disposed in the non-display area and transmitting a driving voltage. The reference voltage supply line includes a straight line part extending in a first direction and a curved line part extending from the straight line part to be bent, and the curved line part of the reference voltage supply line is disposed along a periphery of the display area.
