A display device may include a display panel having a plurality of pixels therein, a first conductive pattern on the display panel, a touch insulating layer covering at least a portion of the first conductive pattern, a second conductive pattern on the touch insulating layer, and an organic insulating layer. The second conductive pattern may include a first metal layer and a second metal layer. The first metal layer may include a plurality of sub-metal layers, and the second metal layer may include a plurality of sub-metal layers. A first sub-metal layer of the first metal layer may be stacked on a first sub-metal layer of the second metal layer, and a width of the first sub-metal layer of the first metal layer may be wider than a width of the first sub-metal layer of the second metal layer.

Touch sensor, display device including the same, and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes a substrate, a metal pattern on the substrate, the metal pattern including a first alloy layer and a first metal layer, wherein the first alloy layer includes a titanium alloy including at least one of copper or zinc and the first metal layer is on the first alloy layer, an active layer on the metal pattern and a gate electrode on the active layer, the gate electrode including a second alloy layer and a second metal layer, wherein the second alloy layer includes a titanium alloy including at least one of copper or zinc and the second metal layer is on the second alloy layer.

Display device and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes a substrate comprising emission and non-emission areas. A light-emitting element overlaps the emission area and is on the substrate. A thin-film encapsulation layer overlaps with the emission and non-emission areas and is on the light-emitting element. A touch sensor layer is on the thin-film encapsulation layer. The touch sensor layer comprises a first conductive layer on the thin-film encapsulation layer. A touch insulating layer is on the first conductive layer. A second conductive layer is on the touch insulating layer. The touch insulating layer overlaps with the non-emission area and comprises a first surface facing the thin-film encapsulation layer. A second surface is opposite to the first surface and has a width in a first direction greater than that of the first surface. An inclined surface connects the first and second surfaces. The second conductive layer covers the second surface and the inclined surface.

Display device

A display device includes a display panel including a light emitting area and a non-light-emitting area adjacent to the light emitting area and an input sensor disposed on the display panel. The input sensor includes a first sensor conductive layer disposed on the display panel, a first sensor insulating layer disposed on the first sensor conductive layer, and a second sensor conductive layer disposed on the first sensor insulating layer. At least one of the first sensor conductive layer and the second sensor conductive layer is provided with a mesh opening defined therethrough, at least one of a side surface of the first sensor conductive layer and a side surface of the second sensor conductive layer is provided with a recessed portion defined therein, and the input sensor further includes a light absorption layer disposed in the recessed portion.

Organic light emitting diode display

An organic light emitting diode display includes a substrate, an overlap layer on the substrate, a semiconductor layer on the overlap layer, a first gate conductor on the semiconductor layer, a second gate conductor on the first gate conductor, a data conductor on the second gate conductor, a driving transistor on the overlap layer, and an organic light emitting diode connected with the driving transistor. The driving transistor includes, in the semiconductor layer, a first electrode, a second electrode, with a channel therebetween. A gate electrode of the first gate conductor overlaps the channel. The overlap layer overlaps the channel of the driving transistor and at least a portion of the first electrode. A storage line of the second gate conductor receives a driving voltage through a driving voltage line in the data conductor. The overlap layer receives a constant voltage.

A display substrate includes a first conductive layer on a base substrate, a first insulation layer on the first conductive layer, a second conductive layer on the first insulation layer, a second insulation layer on the second conductive layer, and a third conductive layer on the second insulation layer. The third conductive layer is connected to the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer through a contact hole passing through the first insulation layer, the second conductive layer, and the second insulation layer. A sidewall of the contact hole has a stepped shape.

Display substrate, method of manufacturing the same, and display device including the same

A method for manufacturing a display device including forming a lower electrode on a substrate; depositing a first insulation layer thereon; forming a semiconductor layer that overlaps the lower electrode thereon; depositing a second insulation layer thereon; forming a gate electrode and an etching prevention layer that overlap the semiconductor layer thereon; depositing a third insulation layer thereon; forming a first conductor that overlaps the gate electrode thereon; depositing a fourth insulation layer thereon; forming a photosensitive film patterns thereon by depositing a photosensitive film and exposing and developing the photosensitive film such that portions of the photosensitive film are removed in a first area, a second area, and a third area; etching the third insulation layer using the patterns as an etching mask; etching the etching prevention layer by using the patterns as an etching mask; and etching the first insulation layer using the patterns as an etching mask.

There is provided a display device. The display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate that faces the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. One of the first substrate and the second substrate includes a base substrate and a light blocking pattern disposed on a surface that faces the other surface of both surfaces of the base substrate, the light blocking pattern exposing a part of the base substrate. The light blocking pattern includes a semi-transmission reflective layer a disposed on the base substrate, a phase matching layer disposed on the semi-transmission reflective layer, and a reflective metal layer disposed on the phase matching layer. The phase matching layer and the reflective metal layer include materials having substantially the same etching rate.
