The roundness measuring device of a coating roll that supports an electrode sheet when the electrode sheet is coated with an electrode slurry, the roundness measuring device comprising: a displacement sensor spaced apart from the coating roll and configured to measure roundness of the coating roll in a non-contact manner; and a support member on which the displacement sensor is installed and which extends in a length direction of the coating roll, wherein the displacement sensor is installed as a plurality of displacement sensors on the support member in the length direction of the coating roll.

The present invention relates to a slot die with a structure in which a stripe shim and a cover shim are mounted between an upper body and a lower body, and a choke bar is inserted into a through path formed in the upper body, and an apparatus for coating an electrode slurry including the slot die. According to the present invention, by forming a space in which the choke bar can move by the cover shim, it is possible to adjust the flow rate of the slurry through the choke bar regardless of the shape of the stripe shim.

A method and apparatus for supplying insulating liquid to form an insulating coating layer on an electrode is disclosed herein. In some embodiments, an apparatus includes a storage tank for storing an insulating liquid; a coating die for coating the insulating liquid on an electrode; a supply line which supplies the insulating liquid from the storage tank to the coating die; a pump connected to the supply line; a defoaming tank connected to the storage tank and supplies defoamed insulating liquid to the storage tank; a vacuum pump which defoams bubbles of the insulating liquid by applying vacuum to the defoaming tank; a bubble sensor connected to the supply line, wherein the bubble sensor senses generation of bubbles in the supply line in real time; and a controller for adjusting an operating condition of the apparatus based on an amount of bubbles sensed by the bubble sensor.
