A method and user terminal for dynamically controlling routing are provided. The method may provide an effective routing mechanism in a system to which a plurality of radio access technologies (RATs) are applied. The method may perform routing based on characteristics of the RATs, a degree of a generated traffic load, a user preference of a RAT, and the like.

In the wireless mesh network including a sender, a receiver, and a plurality of access points disposed between the sender and the receiver, available transmission paths between the sender and the receiver are determined; transmission expected values are calculated for the transmission paths; and a transmission path having a minimum transmission expected value is set as an actual transmission path. The transmission expected value is a sum of expected transmission counts, which is a reciprocal of multiplication of forward transmission success rate and backward transmission success rate of a communication link between the nodes disposed on the transmission paths. When an access point can transmit a packet concurrently with another access point, the expected transmitted count is reduced by half.

An emergency call controller reads the emergency call message and emergency call telephone number from the non-volatile memory and makes a telephone call to the emergency call telephone number to transfer the emergency call message, after an operational state of the computer has been restored to a normal state by the microprocessor.

A computer system having a hard disk drive and a video display device, includes a RAID card having an interface controller and a RAID controller. A motherboard is constructed with a central processing unit, a system bus, a SCSI controller and edge connectors for the mounting of the RAID card, and when the RAID card is mounted in the edge connectors, the RAID controller is connected to the system bus via the interface controller so that the RAID card inputs and outputs data to and from the CPU. The RAID controller is connected to the hard disk drive through the SCSI controller, thereby providing RAID capabilities for the computer system.
