The present invention relates to a water pump including a lower casing in which a rotor accommodating part is formed to protrude downwardly and a lower bearing mounting part is formed at a lower end of an inner portion; an upper casing in which an inlet part introducing a fluid and an outlet part discharging the fluid are formed and an upper bearing mounting part is formed to extend from a lower end of the inlet part toward the impeller accommodating space; an impeller rotatably provided in the impeller accommodating space; and a rotor provided in the rotor accommodating space of the lower casing and coupled to the impeller. A fluid may smoothly flow toward an introduction side of the impeller, and thus, a pressure drop of the fluid and an unstable flow of the fluid may be prevented to improve performance.

Water pump

The present invention relates to an impeller for an electric water pump capable of preventing a cavitation from occurring in the impeller according to the related art and improving a flow restriction in the impeller by changing an internal structure of the impeller in consideration of a flow of a coolant introduced into the impeller. The impeller for an electric water pump, includes: an inlet member formed in a pipe shape extending to allow a fluid to be introduced; an upper member connected to one end of the inlet member, extending to one side, and having an inner diameter increasing toward the one side; an extension member outwardly extending from one end of the upper member; and a lower impeller member coupled to an upper impeller member formed by the inlet member, the upper member, and the extension member to form a discharge space from which the fluid is discharged.

Impeller for electric water pump

A motor integrated with a control unit having an efficiency in cooling by allowing the heat generated by the motor to be radiated away from the motor. Heat generated from the control unit is separately radiated away from the control unit. The motor integrated with the control unit can be utilized in water pumps.

A fuel pump module which may be easily assembled and mounted in a flat bombe having a small height in an LPG vehicle, may have a structure in which a reservoir cup may be rotated and restored with respect to a plate by support bars and springs, so that the fuel pump module may be easily assembled and mounted even in a flat bombe having a small height. Furthermore, members for blocking noise and absorbing vibration are combined with a fuel pump, so noise and vibration may be reduced when the pump is operated.

A strainer for a fuel pump according to the present invention includes: a communicating pipe including a flow path formed to communicate with a fuel inlet of the fuel pump; a filter including an internal space in which a fuel flows and coupled to the communicating pipe so that the internal space communicates with the communicating pipe; and a rib disposed in the filter and coupled to the communicating pipe, in which the filter includes a first filtering portion extending in a length direction with respect to the communicating pipe, a connecting portion extending in a width direction at an edge of the first filtering portion, and a second filtering portion extending in the length direction at the connecting portion and spaced apart from the first filtering portion in the width direction. Therefore, the strainer may have a relatively large filtering area and a small size.

Strainer for fuel pump

Provided is a water pump including a supporting structure for an impeller having a lower manufacturing cost and having reduced noise and vibration characteristics compared to a conventional water pump including a supporting structure for an impeller. The water pump including a supporting structure for an impeller includes: a shaft; an impeller having the shaft inserted into a center of the impeller and rotating together with the shaft to discharge an introduced fluid; a core formed on an outer circumference of the shaft; a magnetic material formed on an outer circumference of the core and forming a magnetic field rotating the shaft connected to the core and the impeller; a pump housing the shaft, impeller and core; and a supporting member installed between an end of the shaft and the pump housing to support the shaft.

A flange for a fuel pump module and a manufacturing method thereof, in which the passage communicating a first valve seat with a second valve seat in the flange can be easily and simply formed by inserting a passage forming piece in a mold without requiring an additional process during an injection-molding process of manufacturing the flange.
