A semiconductor device includes a first active pattern disposed on a substrate, a device isolation layer filling a trench that defines the first active pattern, a first channel pattern and a first source/drain pattern disposed on the first active pattern in which the first channel pattern includes semiconductor patterns stacked and spaced apart from each other, a gate electrode that extends and runs across the first channel pattern, a gate dielectric layer disposed between the first channel pattern and the gate electrode, and a first passivation pattern disposed between the device isolation layer and a first sidewall of the first active pattern. The first passivation pattern includes an upper part that protrudes upwardly from the device isolation layer, and a lower part buried in the device isolation layer. The gate dielectric layer covers the upper part of the first passivation pattern.

Provided is a cart robot having a charge function, which includes: a main body having a container in which goods are contained, a handle assembly installed on one side of the container, a battery module, and a battery management system (BMS) module for managing charge and discharge of the battery module; wheel assemblies rotatably coupled to a lower portion of the main body, and configured to move the main body in a direction of a force applied to the handle assembly; and an external charge module (CM) having a front connector provided on a lower front side of the main body and a rear connector provided on a lower rear side of the main body, electrically connected to an external power supply through the front or rear connector and configured to charge the battery module.

The present invention relates to a block matching apparatus, and more particularly, to a block matching apparatus, in which a normal driving power and a low driving power are alternately applied to an absolute difference calculation unit for calculating an absolute difference between a pixel of a first image frame and a pixel of a second image frame corresponding thereto among two stereo image frames, and a low absolute difference of corresponding pixels calculated using the low driving power is compensated with a high absolute difference of adjacent corresponding pixels calculated using the normal driving power, so that since a separate estimation unit does not need to be provided, the block matching apparatus can be lightly manufactured in terms of hardware and can reduce power consumption.
