Disclosed are a self-generating pressure-sensitive light-emitting device and a method of manufacturing the same. The self-generating pressure-sensitive light-emitting device includes an electrochemical light-emitting device in which a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode are sequentially formed; and a triboelectric self-generating device formed on the second electrode and configured to share the second electrode of the electrochemical light-emitting device, wherein the electrochemical light-emitting device and the triboelectric self-generating device share the second electrode and thus the electrochemical light-emitting device is driven due to a potential difference generated from the triboelectric self-generating device.

Self generation pressure-sensitive light emitting device and method thereof

The present invention relates to an triboelectric nanogenerator using an ionic elastomer that increases internal electric capacity and allows a large amount of electric charge to be located on a surface to generate a large amount of electrical energy. The triboelectric nanogenerator according to the present invention includes a first electrode; an ionic elastomer disposed on the first electrode and including an elastomer and an ionic liquid; a second electrode disposed to be spaced apart from the first electrode and electrically connected to the first electrode; and an insulator disposed under the second electrode, selectively contacting the ionic elastomer, and formed of a material that has a negative charge compared to the ionic elastomer. In this case, the ionic elastomer and the insulator are brought into contact with each other or are separated from each other by external force, and electrical energy is generated between the first and second electrodes when the ionic elastomer and the insulator are brought into contact with each other and separated from each other.

Triboelectric nanogenerator using ionic elastomer

A composite including an ionic liquid, a pressure sensor including the same, and a method of manufacturing the pressure sensor are provided. The composite comprises an elastic polymer matrix, particles dispersed in the elastic polymer matrix, and an ionic liquid having a cation and an anion. The cation and the anion are bound by an intermolecular interaction on the surface of the particle to form an ionic double layer.

A visco-poroelastic elastomer-based capacitor type tactile sensor includes a first electrode, an active layer formed on a top surface of the first electrode and made of a visco-poroelastic elastomer, a second electrode formed on a top surface of the active layer, and a controller configured to provide an electric field generated orthogonal to an extension direction of the first electrode and the second electrode between the first electrode and the second electrode. In proportion to an external pressure applied to the tactile sensor, a concentration of effective ions present at the interfaces between the active layer and the first and second electrodes is increased.
