A cloud access method of an internet of things (IoT) device and devices performing the cloud access method are disclosed. The cloud access method using a cloud proxy function includes receiving a first resource retrieval request of a client device from a cloud, extracting, from the first resource retrieval request, a device identification (ID) of a device including a resource for which a resource retrieval is requested, and transmitting a second resource retrieval request of the client device to the device based on the device ID.

Cloud access method for Iot devices, and devices performing the same

Provided are an EMF model synchronization method and system. The system calculates a weight based on a hierarchy for an object identifier in a changed model, when the change of the model occurs in an EMF model which has an XML element path as an attribute. The system accumulates the calculated weight to a sum of weights. When the sum of weights becomes greater than the threshold value, the system simultaneously updates all models which are changed until the sum of weights becomes greater than the threshold value, thereby synchronizing change contents. As a hierarchy of an identifier changed on an XML path becomes higher, the weight is determined to have a larger value.

EMF model synchronization method and system

A system for managing mobile routers connected to a PMIP6 (proxy mobile internet protocol version 6) domain is provided with a plurality of MAGs (mobility access gateways) to which the mobile routers are to be connected, an LMA (local mobility anchor), connected to the plurality of MAGs, for managing location information of the mobile routers and packet forwarding information of the mobile routers, and a profile server in which profile information of the mobile routers is registered. Further, the plurality of MAGs and the LMA set up forwarding information of a home prefix of a mobile router that is connected to the PMIP6 domain and a mobile network prefix managed by the connected mobile router, based on the profile information of the mobile routers registered in the profile server.

Method and system for managing mobile router in proxy mobile internet protocol version 6 domain

A method of performing a handover is provided. The method of performing the handover includes: a mobile terminal transmitting an access stop message to a first Access Point (AP) when the mobile terminal moves from a first AP area to a second AP area; the first AP transmitting a handover start message to a first Mobility Access Gateway (MAG) corresponding to the first AP in response to the access stop message; the first MAG transmitting the handover start message to a Local Mobile Anchor (LMA); and the LMA performing a buffering of a data packet to be transmitted to the mobile terminal.

Method of performing handover and network system of enabling the method

An automatic tunnel configuration method using a router advertisement message is provided, including: periodically receiving a router advertisement message containing a tunnel end-point address option from an access router of an internet protocol version 6 (IPv6) network when a mobile node moves from a home network to other IPv6 networks; automatically configuring a tunnel using an address allocated from the access router of the IPv6 network to which the mobile node connects, and the tunnel end-point address option included in the router advertisement message when the network to which the mobile node moves to connect is an internet protocol version 4 (IPv4) network; and communicating with a correspondent node via the configured tunnel using a mobile internet protocol (MIP6).

Automatic tunnel configuration method using router advertisement message

There is provided a movement detection method of a mobile node in a DSMIP6 environment. The movement detection method includes performing neighbor unreachability detection in a network to which a mobile node moves, confirming network movement detection and simultaneously performing IPv4 address allocation when the neighbor unreachability detection fails, performing router discovery at the same time as the IPv4 address allocation, recognizing the movement detection into the IPv4 network when the IPv4 address allocation succeeds, and recognizing the movement detection into the IPv6 network when the router discovery and the IPv6 router discovery succeed. Therefore, the movement detection method can be useful to continuously perform operations as defined in a DSMIP6 specification so as to confirm whether the network to which the mobile node moves is an IPv6 network or an IPv4 network and detect movement to the confirmed network, and to perform a binding update in time.
