A display device includes: an electronic module; and an electronic panel including: a base layer including an upper surface having a recessed portion and a dam portion; and an alignment mark disposed on the base layer, wherein the electronic panel includes: a first area including the electronic module; a second area surrounding at least a portion of the first area in a plan view; and an active area surrounding at least a portion of the second area in a plan view, wherein: the recessed portion and the dam portion are disposed in the second area, the second area includes a pattern area surrounding the first area and a line area surrounding the pattern area, and the alignment mark includes a conductive pattern and is disposed in the pattern area.

Photosensitive resin composition and display device

A foldable display device includes a display panel having a bent display portion and a non-bent display portion, and a touch sensing unit provided on the display panel and including a bent touch portion and a non-bent touch portion. The touch sensing unit includes a plurality of sensing electrodes, and each of the sensing electrodes comprises a conductive material having a porous structure. The porous structure resists cracking and the resulting sensing electrodes may have an optical anisotropy. Thus, the sensing electrodes may perform a polarizing function to eliminate need for a separate polarizer.

A photosensitive resin composition comprising: a solvent in an amount of about 60 percentage by weight (wt %) to about 95 wt %; and a solid content in an amount of about 5 wt % to about 40 wt %, with respect to a total weight of the photosensitive resin composition, wherein the solid content comprises: a phosphor in an amount of about 5 wt % to about 90 wt %; a photopolymerizable compound in an amount of about 4 wt % to about 70 wt %; a photopolymerization initiator in an amount of about 0.1 wt % to about 20 wt %; an alkali soluble resin in an amount of about 5 wt % to about 80 wt %; and a dispersant in an amount of about 0.1 wt % to about 12 wt %, with respect to a total weight of the solid content.

A display panel includes a plurality of pixel areas and at least one inspection area. An incident light is irradiated onto an inspection pattern disposed in the inspection area and a reflection light reflected by the inspection pattern is detected. An optical critical dimension of the inspection pattern is calculated from the reflection light, and a dimension of a pixel pattern disposed in each pixel area is calculated from the optical critical dimension of the inspection pattern. Accordingly, the dimension of the pixel pattern may be indirectly measured from the inspection pattern.
