The present disclosure relates to an induction heating type cooktop and includes a case; a cover plate configured to be coupled to the upper end of the case and provided with an upper plate portion on which an object to be heated is disposed; a working coil provided inside the case; a thin film configured to be coated on the upper plate portion and to be inductively heated by the working coil; and an adiabatic material provided between the upper plate portion and the working coil, in which the thin film may be formed to have at least one closed loop that does not include a central region of the working coil.

A microwave heating system includes: a power supply; a first semiconductor module configured to receive power from the power supply and to generate a first microwave; a second semiconductor module configured to receive power from the power supply and to generate a second microwave; a heating chamber that is configured to accommodate an object at an inside of the heating chamber and that allows transmission of the first microwave and the second microwave to the inside of the heating chamber; and a control unit. The control unit is configured to control operation of each of the first semiconductor module and the second semiconductor module, and to control at least one of a frequency, a phase, or a magnitude of each of the first microwave and the second microwave to increase a heating uniformity of the object.

The local ventilation equipment includes: a main body having an intake port in a bottom and an interior area therein; and a blower installed in the interior area of the main body to generate air flow that sucks outside air into the main body through the intake port. The blower comprises an impeller that rotates on a shaft extending laterally and has therein a space to which air sucked through a side is introduced; a scroll housing that accommodates the impeller and has a suction hole formed on a side via which outside air is introduced into the space; and a driving unit that is installed in a space between the main body and the scroll hosing to supply power to rotate the impeller.

A method for controlling a brushless direct current (BLDC) motor is disclosed. The method includes: receiving a constant current; comparing the constant current to a reference current; based on the comparison revealing that the constant current is smaller than the reference current, providing a first speed command to the rotational speed control unit to increase a speed of the BLDC motor; based on the comparison revealing that the constant current is larger than the reference current, providing a second speed command to the rotational speed control unit to decrease a speed of the BLDC motor; based on the comparison revealing that the constant current is the same as the reference current, providing a third speed command to the rotational speed control unit to maintain a speed of the BLDC motor; and controlling, by the rotational speed control unit, a speed of the BLDC motor.
