Disclosed are a display module and a display device capable of minimizing a pressed stain defect while reducing a bezel area. To this end, a thickness of a cushion portion of a cushion plate closer to a bent portion may be reduced, thereby reducing a bending radius of curvature such that the bezel area may be reduced. Further, placing a support layer having a strong supporting force formed of PET into the cushion plate such that the support layer is in contact with the heat-dissipation layer may allow minimizing an unevenness defect on the cushion plate even when a bent pad portion of a display panel presses the cushion portion. Thus, visibility of an internal pressed stain to a user may be minimized.

Display module and display device

A display apparatus capable of improving heat-dissipation performance while not increasing a total thickness thereof include a heat-dissipation member accommodated in a cushion plate. Thus, the heat-dissipation performance may be improved without increasing a thickness of the display apparatus. Thus, a mounting space for components may be secured without increasing a bezel area. Further, the heat-dissipation member having a predetermined thickness and an air gap are disposed in the heat-dissipation member accommodating space of the cushion plate, thereby maximizing the heat-dissipation from a driving integrated circuit disposed under the cushion plate so as to overlap the heat-dissipation member accommodating space.

A display device includes a backlight unit, a liquid crystal panel installed on the upper portion of the backlight unit, and a camera hole that passes through the backlight unit and the liquid crystal panel. A camera is inserted into the camera hole, and a cover glass is attached to the liquid crystal panel, the cover glass covering the camera hole. A light-leakage prevention means is provided on the cover glass to prevent light leakage into the camera hole. The camera hole passes through the backlight unit and the liquid crystal panel in a hole-in-display type, and prevents light leakage into the camera hole and improves the appearance quality while increasing the resolution of the camera.

Display device

A display device comprises: a backlight unit; a liquid crystal panel comprising a lower polarizer, an upper polarizer, and a first substrate and a second substrate; and a cover plate on the liquid crystal panel, wherein a camera hole passes through the backlight unit and up to the lower polarizer, an interference prevention hole is located at a position corresponding to the camera hole, and the camera hole is not in the first substrate and the second substrate. The display device has a hole with a uniform size, decreased processing cost, increased structural rigidity, and does not have thermal deformation, can prevent defects such as generation of air bubbles, bending deformation, and distortion of a light path due to the hole and the vacuum bonding while increasing the visible light transmittance and resolution of the camera, and improving the appearance quality of the display device.
