Provided is a display apparatus. The display apparatus includes a substrate including an active area and an inactive area disposed around the active area, a light emitting element disposed in the active area and including an anode, an emission layer and a cathode, an encapsulation layer disposed on the light emitting element and including a first and second inorganic insulating layer and an organic insulating layer, a touch part disposed on the encapsulation layer and including a first touch insulating layer, a touch electrode part and a second touch insulating layer, a contact hole disposed in the inactive area and exposing an upper portion of the cathode covering the entire active area and a part of the inactive area; and a first electrode electrically connected to the cathode through the contact hole in the inactive area. The touch electrode part and the first electrode are made of the same material.

Display apparatus

The present disclosure relates to a display device. A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes a substrate including an active area and a non-active area. The device includes a plurality of light emitting elements disposed in the active area of the substrate. The device includes an encapsulation unit disposed to cover the plurality of light emitting elements. The device includes a touch sensing unit disposed on the encapsulation unit and including a plurality of touch electrodes. The device includes an organic structure disposed on the plurality of touch electrodes to cover upper and side surfaces of the plurality of touch electrodes. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a phenomenon by which the plurality of touch electrodes can be seen by a user.

Display device

Provided is a display device. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a display device. The display device includes a display panel including a display area and a non-display area. The display device further includes a plurality of first touch electrodes disposed in the display area and arranged in a first direction. The display device further includes a plurality of second touch electrodes disposed in the display area and arranged in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The display device further includes a bridge portion disposed between the plurality of first touch electrodes and including a first touch connection line configured to connect the plurality of first touch electrodes.

A display apparatus according to an embodiments of the present disclosure may include a substrate including an active area and an inactive area disposed around the active area, an organic light emitting device disposed in the active area and including an anode electrode, a light emitting layer, and a cathode electrode, an encapsulation layer disposed on the organic light emitting device and including a first inorganic insulating layer, an organic insulating layer, and a second inorganic insulating layer, a touch unit disposed on the encapsulation layer and including a lower touch insulating layer, a touch electrode, and an upper touch insulating layer, a contact hole exposing an upper portion of the cathode electrode extending from the active area to the inactive area, and a contact electrode in electrical contact with the cathode electrode through the contact hole.

A light emitting display device includes: a substrate including a display area in which a plurality of display pixels are disposed and a non-display area surrounding the display area; an encapsulation film covering the display area and the non-display area and having a first inorganic encapsulation layer, an organic encapsulation layer, and a second inorganic encapsulation layer stacked in an order; a first touch electrode disposed on the encapsulation film and extending in a first direction and a second touch electrode extending in a second direction; at least one inorganic insulating layer disposed on the substrate; a first planarization layer disposed on the inorganic insulating layer; a second planarization layer disposed on the first planarization layer; and a hole pattern formed in the second planarization layer. The hole pattern has the organic encapsulation layer therein.

Light emitting display device with integrated touch screen and method of manufacturing the same

A display panel includes: a display area including: a curved boundary in plan view, and a pixel array including pixel rows, and a non-display area in a periphery of the display area, and including: a curved boundary in plan view, a plurality of gate blocks arranged along the curved boundary of the non-display area, and at least one dummy block among the gate blocks, and a plurality of link lines configured to connect the gate blocks to the pixel rows, at least one of the link lines being multi-segmented to include a plurality of segments oriented in different directions in plan view.

A display device in one embodiment includes a flexible substrate, a back plate disposed under the flexible substrate to support it, a conductive layer disposed on at least one surface of the back plate, and a printed circuit board connected to one side of the flexible substrate. The conductive layer is electrically connected to the printed circuit board and receives a constant voltage applied thereto. Therefore, by applying the constant voltage to the conductive layer, it is possible to reduce the polarization occurring on the flexible substrate.

Provided is a display panel to which a dual gate transistor is applied. The display panel includes a substrate including a pixel area and a non-pixel area and a dual gate transistor disposed on the non-pixel area. The dual gate transistor includes first and second transistors which are connected in series and an auxiliary electrode which connects two gate electrodes of the first and second transistors. The auxiliary electrode is on a layer which is different from the gate electrode. Therefore, an area in which the dual gate transistor is formed is reduced and stability of the driving circuit is secured.
