A display driver includes a nonvolatile memory, an encoder, a decoder, and a compensator. The nonvolatile memory is configured to store accumulated stress data and compensation data corresponding to the accumulated stress data. The encoder is configured to encode the compensation data received from the nonvolatile memory to generate encoded compensation data. The decoder is configured to decode the encoded compensation data to generate decoded compensation data. The compensator is configured to process input image data based on the decoded compensation data and generate accumulated stress data.

A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, a data driver configured to provide data signals to the plurality of pixels, a scan driver configured to provide scan signals to the plurality of pixels, and a controller configured to control the data driver and the scan driver. The controller includes a volatile age memory configured to store accumulated degradation amounts for the plurality of pixels, and an internal age memory configured to store backup accumulated degradation amounts generated based on the accumulated degradation amounts. The controller is further configured to compensate input image data by selectively using the accumulated degradation amounts of the volatile age memory or the backup accumulated degradation amounts of the internal age memory.

Provided are a novel water-soluble diacetylene monomer, a composition for photolithography including the novel water-soluble diacetylene monomer and a conductive polymer, and a method of forming micropatterns using the composition. The water-soluble diacetylene monomer may not aggregate even when mixed with a water-soluble conductive polymer. Accordingly, a uniform composition for photolithography can be prepared by mixing a water-soluble conductive polymer with the diacetylene monomer, and micropatterns can be formed using the composition. More particularly, when the composition is formed into a thin film and then is irradiated with light, only light-irradiated portions of the diacetylene monomer are selectively crosslinked due to photopolymerization, thereby resulting in insoluble negative-type micropatterns.

Provided is a color compensation device of an electronic device including a first color converter, a parameter generator, an operator, and a second color converter. The first color converter receives an image signal, converts the image signal into initial tristimulus values based on a basic look-up table, and generates a conversion look-up table using the basic look-up table. The parameter generator extracts 2N number of representative parameters from the conversion look-up table and generates N number of compensation parameters on the basis of the 2N number of representative parameters. N is a natural number. The operator generates compensated tristimulus values at each gray scale using the N number of compensation parameters, generates a compensation look-up table, and converts the initial tristimulus values into the compensated tristimulus values using the compensation look-up table. The second color converter converts the compensated tristimulus values into a compensated image signal.
