A linear compressor includes a mover which linearly reciprocates, a stator generating a driving force to allow the mover to linearly reciprocate and having a cylinder space formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof, a cylinder inserted into the cylinder space of the stator and having a compression space compressing a refrigerant, a piston reciprocating in an axial direction inside the cylinder, a frame provided on one side of the stator in an axial direction and supporting the stator in the axial direction, and a cylinder support member separated from the frame, provided between an inner circumferential surface of the stator and an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder, having one end fixed to the stator and the other end fixed to the cylinder, and supporting the cylinder with respect to the stator in the axial direction.

A reciprocating motor and a reciprocating compressor having a reciprocating motor are provided. The reciprocating motor may include a stator having a magnet coil, provided with an air gap respectively formed at both sides in an axial direction by interposing the magnet coil therebetween; a mover inserted into the stator, reciprocating with respect to the stator as at least one magnet is arranged at any one of the air gaps formed at both sides and a non-magnet is arranged at the other one of the air gaps; and a magnetic resonance spring that resonates the mover with respect to the stator using a force for moving toward low magnetic resistance between the mover and the stator. The reciprocating motor and the reciprocating compressor having a reciprocating motor may be downsized and lightweight, and may obtain high efficiency.

A reciprocating compressor includes a cylinder that defines an inner space, a piston that is located in the inner space of the cylinder and that defines a compression space configured to receive refrigerant, a discharge cover that is coupled to a side of the cylinder and that defines a discharge space configured to receive refrigerant discharged from the compression space, and a valve plate that is located at a side space defined at the side of the cylinder and that partitions the side space into the compression space and the discharge space. The valve plate defines a discharge hole through which the compression space and the discharge space communicate with each other, in which the discharge hole includes an inlet that faces the compression space and an outlet that faces the discharge space. The inlet and the outlet have different shapes.

Reciprocating compressor

A linear compressor includes a cylinder defining a compression space for a refrigerant, a piston reciprocated in an axis direction within the cylinder, and a linear motor providing power to the piston. The linear motor includes an inner stator disposed outside the cylinder, the inner stator including a center core and a side core disposed on at least one side of the center core, an outer stator disposed to be spaced outward from the inner stator in a radius direction, a permanent magnet movably disposed in an air gap defined between the inner stator and the outer stator, and a deformation prevention device for preventing the inner stator from being deformed.

A reciprocating compressor is provided that may include an outer stator; an inner stator provided at an inner side of the outer stator with a predetermined gap therebetween; a mover configured to perform a reciprocating movement in the gap between the outer stator and the inner stator; a piston coupled to the mover to perform a reciprocating movement therewith; a cylinder, into which the piston may be inserted to form a compression space while performing a reciprocating movement; a frame coupled to the cylinder; a first support member coupled to the outer stator and the frame; and a second support member separated from the first support member, but coupled to the inner stator and the frame, thereby facilitating concentricity of the motor and compressor device, as well as simplifying an assembly process as the motor and compressor device are divided into several blocks for assembly.
