A display device includes: a display module including: a display panel including a first display surface having a first side and a second side opposite the first side, a second display surface extending from the first side at an angle with respect to the first display surface, and a third display surface extending from the second side at an angle with respect to the first display surface; and an input sensing circuit on the display panel; a first adhesive member on the first display surface, the second display surface, and the third display surface, the first adhesive member including an acrylic-based material; a second adhesive member on the first adhesive member, and including at least one of a polyurethane-based material, a polyethersulfone-based material, a polyamide-based material, or an ethylene-vinyl acetate-based material; and a window member on the second adhesive member.

Display device and method for manufacturing the same

A bonding device includes a first panel support, a second panel support disposed below the first panel support, a diaphragm disposed on and extending along the first panel support, the diaphragm being disposed between the first panel support and the second panel support, and a window fixing chuck disposed on the diaphragm, the window fixing chuck including a groove facing the diaphragm. A bonding apparatus includes adhesive sheet that includes a central adhesive portion adhered to a central portion of a first substrate and a bendable adhesive portion that surrounds the central adhesive portion in a plan view and that is adhered to an edge portion of the first substrate that extends from the central portion, a molding member that includes a top surface that overlaps the central portion and a side surface bent from the top surface and that has a curved shape and that supports the adhesive sheet through the top surface, a magnet member disposed on a first display surface of a second substrate that covers the central portion of the first substrate, and pressing balls disposed in the molding member. The pressing balls press fife central adhesive portion and the bendable adhesive portion by forming attractive force with magnet member.

Bonding apparatus and method of bonding a display device using the same

A thermally releasable adhesive member including a base resin and microcapsules dispersed and disposed in the base resin. The microcapsule includes a core part, a shell part wrapping the core part, and an organic solvent disposed in the core part, and an average diameter of the microcapsules is in a range from about 50 nm to about 500 nm. The adhesive member may maintain high optical transmittance and may be easily detached at a high temperature.
