A solar cell module having an interconnector and a method of fabricating the same are disclosed. The solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells and an interconnector including a first area electrically connected to one of two adjacent solar cells of the plurality of solar cells, a second area electrically connected to the other of the two adjacent solar cells, and a third area connecting the first area to the second area. At least one of the first area and the second area of the interconnector has at least one uneven surface, and the third area of the interconnector has a substantially planarized surface.

Solar cell module having interconnector and method of fabricating the same

A solar cell panel and a method for manufacturing the same are discussed. The solar cell panel includes a plurality of solar cells each including a substrate and a plurality of electrode parts positioned on a surface of the substrate, an interconnector electrically connecting the electrode parts of adjacent ones of the plurality of solar cells to one another, and conductive adhesive films including a resin and a plurality of conductive particles dispersed in the resin. The conductive adhesive films is pressed between the electrode parts and the interconnector to electrically connect the electrode parts to the interconnector. A plurality of uneven portions are positioned on at least one of an upper surface and a lower surface of the interconnector.

Solar cell panel and method for manufacturing the same

A solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each comprising a substrate, an emitter region placed at the substrate, an anti-reflection region placed on the emitter region, first electrodes placed on the substrate, first bus bars placed on the substrate and connected to the first electrodes, second electrodes placed on the substrate, and second bus bars placed on the substrate and connected to the second electrodes. The anti-reflection region includes a first opening region through which part of the emitter region is exposed and one or more second opening regions through which part of the emitter region is exposed. The first electrode is connected to the exposed emitter region of the first opening region through the anti-reflection region by metal plating and the first bus bar is connected to the exposed emitter region of one or more second opening regions through the anti-reflection region by metal plating. An interconnector electrically connects the first bus bar and the first bus bar or the second bus bar of an adjacent solar cell of the plurality of solar cells.

Solar cell module

A solar cell panel is discussed. The solar cell panel includes a plurality of solar cells, each solar cell including a substrate and a plurality of back electrodes that are positioned on a back surface of the substrate that is opposite a light receiving surface, the plurality of back electrodes being spaced apart from one another by a space to expose the substrate, a conductive adhesive film including a resin and a plurality of conductive particles dispersed in the resin, and an interconnector positioned on a back surface of the conductive adhesive film that is opposite a surface that contacts the substrate. The conductive adhesive film is positioned on the back surface of the substrate that is exposed through the space. The interconnector directly contacts the conductive adhesive film.

Solar cell panel

A solar cell panel is discussed. The solar cell panel includes a plurality of solar cells, each solar cell including a substrate, an emitter layer, and a plurality of front electrodes extending in a first direction, an interconnector that is positioned in a second direction crossing the plurality of front electrodes, and a conductive adhesive film including a resin and a plurality of conductive particles dispersed in the resin. The conductive adhesive film is positioned between the plurality of front electrodes and the interconnector in the second direction crossing the plurality of front electrodes and electrically connects the plurality of front electrodes to the interconnector. The plurality of front electrodes respectively have areas that overlap with areas of the conductive adhesive film, and the areas of the respective plurality of front electrodes are also in contact with the areas of the conductive adhesive film.

A solar cell panel is discussed. The solar cell panel includes a plurality of solar cells each including a substrate, an emitter layer positioned at a light receiving surface of the substrate, and a plurality of front electrodes that are electrically connected to the emitter layer and extend parallel to one another in a first direction, an interconnector that electrically connects adjacent ones of the solar cells to each other and is positioned in a second direction crossing the front electrodes, a conductive adhesive film that is positioned between the front electrodes and the interconnector in the second direction and electrically connects the front electrodes to the interconnector, and an alignment mark indicating a bonding location of the conductive adhesive film, and positioned on the substrate.

A solar cell panel is discussed. The solar cell panel includes a plurality of solar cells each including a substrate and an electrode part positioned on a surface of the substrate, an interconnector for electrically connecting at least one of the plurality of solar cells to another of the plurality of solar cells, and a conductive adhesive film including a resin and a plurality of conductive particles dispersed in the resin. The conductive adhesive film is positioned between the electrode part of the at least one of the plurality of solar cells and the interconnector to electrically connect the electrode part of the at least one of the plurality of solar cells to the interconnector. A width of the interconnector is equal to or greater than a width of the conductive adhesive film.

A solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each comprising a substrate, an emitter region placed at the substrate, and an anti-reflection region placed on the emitter region. The anti-reflection region includes a first opening region through which part of the emitter region is exposed and one or more second opening regions through which part of the emitter region is exposed. A first electrode is connected to the exposed emitter region of the first opening region through the anti-reflection region by metal plating and a first bus bar is connected to the exposed emitter region of one or more second opening regions through the anti-reflection region by metal plating.

A solar cell panel is discussed. The solar cell panel includes a plurality of solar cells, each solar cell including a substrate and a second electrode positioned on a second surface of the substrate that is opposite a first surface of the substrate; a first conductive adhesive film including a first resin and a plurality of first conductive particles dispersed in the first resin, the first conductive adhesive film being positioned on a second surface of the second electrode that is opposite a first surface of the second electrode that contacts the substrate, and a first surface of the first conductive adhesive film that faces the second electrode entirely contacting at least one of the second surface of the second electrode and the second surface of the substrate; and an interconnector positioned on a second surface of the first conductive adhesive film that is opposite the first surface of the first conductive adhesive film.
