Disclosed is a nanofiber-based long-term primary hepatocyte culture system and a culture method, wherein the primary hepatocyte culture system has an advantage that it can culture cells in three-dimensions in vitro to maintain the original physiological activity of low proliferative primary hepatocytes for a long time by co-culturing indirectly by separating primary hepatocytes and hepatic non-parenchymal cells with a support consisting of nanofibers therebetween without direct co-culture.

A method of preparing a polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber membrane includes a material for controlling cell specific adhesion, and a nanofiber membrane that can maintain cellular functions such as cell activity and growth is prepared by adding aqueous solutions containing a polyacrylic acid and a glutaraldehyde crosslinking agent in a polyvinyl alcohol and materials capable of enhancing or regulating cell adhesion, electrospinning, treating with hydrochloric acid vapor and dimethylformaldehyde solvent and treating with sodium hydroxide to control the cell adhesion.

The present disclosure relates to a nanofiber structure for cell culture, a method for manufacturing the structure, and a cell analysis device including the nanofiber structure for cell culture. The structure includes a cell culture layer made of nanofibers; and a spacer protruding upward from a surface of the cell culture layer, wherein the spacer divides a region on the cell culture layer into at least two culturing regions, wherein the spacer is made of the same nanofibers as the cell culture layer and thus has a cell migration channel defined therein.

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a composite nanofiber support and a fish collagen/synthetic polymer nanofiber support manufactured by the method, wherein the method comprises: a first step for dissolving a synthetic polymer in an organic solvent; a second step for dissolving a fish collagen in water to prepare an aqueous fish collagen solution; a third step for adding the aqueous fish collagen solution prepared in the second step to the synthetic polymer solution prepared in the first step, followed by mixing; and a fourth step for electrospinning the mixture solution prepared in the third step to manufacture a nanofiber support.
