An organic light emitting display device may include: a cell array comprising gate lines and data lines intersecting each other on a substrate so as to define a plurality of pixel areas, a plurality of thin film transistors formed at intersections between the gate lines and the data lines to correspond to the plurality of pixel areas, and a protective film evenly formed over the substrate to cover the thin film transistors; a plurality of first electrodes formed such that portions of an metal oxide layer corresponding to emission areas of the respective pixel areas, is made conductive, the metal oxide layer evenly disposed on the protective film; a bank constituting the remaining portion of the metal oxide layer in which the first electrodes are not formed and formed so as to have insulating properties; an emission layer formed over the metal oxide layer; and a second electrode formed on the emission layer so as to face the first electrodes.

Organic light emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate is disclosed. The TFT array substrate includes a gate line, a first gate electrode branched from the gate line, a gate insulating film formed over the substrate, an active layer formed on the gate insulating film, a data line formed to comprise a plurality of metal layers including a first metal layer and a second metal layer formed of copper (Cu), a source electrode formed on the gate insulating film to comprise the remaining metal layer excluding the second metal layer among the plurality of the metal layers, and a drain electrode formed on the gate insulating film to comprise the remaining metal layer excluding the second metal layer among the plurality of the metal layers.

Thin film transistor array substrate and method of manufacturing the same

A liquid crystal display device includes first and second substrates and a liquid crystal layer interposed therebetween; a gate line, a data line and a common line over the first substrate in the display area; a thin film transistor connected to the gate line and the data line; a color filter layer over the thin film transistor; a first passivation layer over the color filter layer; an auxiliary common line, inner common electrodes and pixel electrodes over the first passivation layer, wherein the auxiliary common line includes a vertical portion and a horizontal portion, the inner common electrodes extend from the horizontal portion, and the pixel electrodes alternate the inner common electrodes; a light blocking pattern in the non-display area, wherein the light blocking pattern includes the same materials as the color filter layer.

A liquid crystal display and a method for driving the same, which improve image quality by increasing data line charge speed, are provided. In the display, a preparatory charging controller receives current image data to be provided to m current pixels of an nth horizontal line and a current vertical polarity-reversal control signal for vertically controlling polarities of the current image data, compares current image data with previous data provided to m corresponding previous pixels of an n&#x2212;1th horizontal line, compares the current control signal with a previous one, and determines a logic value of a preparatory charging control signal based on the comparison. A data driver performs either a first operation for connecting and separating m data lines connected respectively to m current pixels, or a second operation for maintaining the m data lines separated, according to the logic value and provides the current data to the m pixels.

A method of fabricating a liquid crystal display device includes steps of forming a first metal layer on the substrate to form a gate line including a gate electrode, a gate pad, and a first capacitor electrode, forming an insulating layer, an active layer, and a second metal layer on the substrate, patterning the second metal layer to form a data line including a data pad, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a second capacitor electrode, forming a passivation layer to cover the second metal layer, forming a photoresist on the passivation layer, exposing the photoresist using a mask having a light shielding portion, a light transmissive portion, and a semi-transmissive portion, forming a first photoresist portion, a second photoresist portion, and a third photoresist portion, patterning the passivation layer, the active layer, and the insulating layer, and forming a pixel electrode on the passivation layer.

Liquid crystal display device and method of fabricating the same

A fabricating method of an array substrate for a liquid crystal display device includes forming a gate line on a substrate; forming an ohmic contact layer on the substrate; forming a data line and source and drain electrodes on the ohmic contact layer, the source electrode being connected to the data line, the source and drain electrodes facing and spaced apart from each other; forming a passivation layer having a contact hole on the data line and the source and drain electrodes, the contact hole exposing a portion of a side surface of the drain electrode; and forming a pixel electrode on the passivation layer, the pixel electrode being connected to the drain electrode through the contact hole.

Array substrate for liquid crystal display device and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to an identification mark portion and fabricating method thereof, more particularly, to an identification mark portion introduced in a liquid crystal display panel and a fabricating method thereof, which minimizes the error in verifying an ID of a pad by preventing at least two insulating layers from overlapping each other over the upper part of the pad. The present invention includes an insulating substrate, an ID mark pad including an ID mark on the insulating substrate, and a first insulating layer and a second insulating layer on the insulating substrate wherein the first and second insulating layers expose the ID mark in the ID mark pad. In another aspect, the present invention includes the steps of forming an ID mark pad including an ID mark on an insulating substrate, and forming a first and a second insulating layer which expose the ID mark in the ID mark pad.

Identification mark portion in liquid crystal display panel and fabricating method thereof

An array substrate for a liquid crystal display device includes a substrate; gate and data lines perpendicular to each other on the substrate; a thin film transistor connected to the gate and data lines, the thin film transistor having a semiconductor layer, and source and drain electrodes facing and spaced apart from each other; a passivation layer over the gate and data lines and the thin film transistor, the passivation layer having a contact hole exposing a portion of top and side surfaces of the drain electrode; and a pixel electrode on the passivation layer, the pixel electrode connected to the drain electrode through the contact hole.

The present invention discloses a light exposure mask which comprises a substrate including: a light transmitting region for transmitting incident light perfectly; a light shielding region for shielding the incident light perfectly; and a light semi-transmitting region for transmitting part of the incident light. And the method for manufacturing the mask is also disclosed using depositing and patterning processes. The inventive mask can improve a step coverage and reduce a process time for forming a dual-layered layer.
