A lubricating device of a reciprocating compressor includes a pumping unit for pumping lubrication oil contained in a lower portion of a case and a front frame having a supply hole which supplies the lubrication oil pumped from the pumping unit to a sliding part within the case and a discharge hole which discharges the lubrication oil upon completion of a lubrication operation. A lubrication oil storage is arranged at a front of the discharge hole for storing the lubrication oil discharged to the discharge hole for a predetermined time and then discharging the lubrication oil. A lubrication oil guide is provided for guiding the lubrication oil discharged from the discharge hole to a lower portion of the case in order to prevent the lubrication oil discharged through the discharge hole from flowing to an air hole formed at a front frame. In the device, lubrication oil is discharged after foam generated by mixture between lubrication oil and a working fluid is burst in the lubrication oil, thereby reducing noise generated when the foam is burst.

Lubricating device of reciprocating compressor

A reciprocating compressor includes a frame unit disposed in a container; a reciprocating motor disposed in the frame unit; a cylinder disposed in the frame unit; a piston performing a linear reciprocating motion; a valve unit installed at the front of the frame unit and the piston so as to suck/discharge gas; and a front coil spring arranged on the frame unit in order to support the linear reciprocating motion of the piston elastically and prevent breakage of construction parts abutting on the piston when the piston moves over a top dead center.

A reciprocating compressor includes: a reciprocating motor, an outer stator and an inner stator provided with at least one step portion at both sides thereof, and an armature linearly moving therebetween; a compression unit having a cylinder and a piston inserted in the cylinder to receive a linear and reciprocal driving force of the reciprocating motor and compress a gas; a suction unit sucking a gas into the compression unit; a discharge unit discharging the gas compressed in the compression unit to outside the container; a resonance spring unit elastically supporting the piston and the armature; and a frame unit supporting the compression unit and the reciprocating motor. Because stable driving is achieved in its operation, generation of vibration and noise can be minimized, heightening reliability. In addition, the amount of gas discharge can be accurately controlled.

Reciprocating compressor having reduced vibration

A reciprocating compressor including: a closed container (); a reciprocating motor () having stators and an armature () disposed in the air gap between the stators () and making a reciprocal movement; a compression unit () having a piston () combined with the armature () of the reciprocating motor and a cylinder fixed inside the closed container (); a spring unit () elastically supporting the armature () of the reciprocating motor () in a movement direction; and a frame unit () supporting the reciprocating motor () and the compression unit () having a gas hole () at a suitable portion thereof. Accordingly, when the armature () of the reciprocating motor () makes a reciprocal movement, the gas is compressed at the end of the armature (), so that an increase of a flow resistance is prevented. In addition, in occurrence of an over-stroke of the armature, as the step portion () makes a space to prevent the magnet from releasing or damaging, the reliability of the compressor is improved.

Reciprocating compressor

In a reciprocating compressor including a first frame for supporting a cylinder of a compressing unit, a second frame for supporting a side of an outer stator of a motor unit and a third frame for supporting the other side of the outer stator and an inner stator of the motor unit, wherein the motor unit is arranged between the second and third frames, they are combined with each other, and the assembly is combined with the first frame. Accordingly, a reciprocating compressor is capable of reducing a fabrication cost by eliminating precise processing of construction parts and simplifying an assembly process by constructing a reciprocating motor as one assembly and combining it with a compressing unit.

A reciprocating motor for a reciprocating type compressor includes a bobbin having a coil wound inside thereof, a terminal formed at one side of the bobbin, for electrically connecting the coil and an external circuit, a core part at which a plurality of lamination sheets are radially stacked in a circumferential direction centering around the bobbin, and a fixing part for fixing at least one lamination sheet at the inner side of the core part. With this construction, the lamination sheets making the core part is prevented from vibrating and the collision between the lamination sheets and the terminal is prevented, so that when the motor operates, its noise is reduced and reliability of the operation of the motor is heightened.

A magnet fixing structure for a linear motor including a a plurality of magnets inserted into a magnet paddle connected to a piston, and a magnet fixing ring attaching the same onto the outer periphery of the magnets under pressure, includes a plurality of eddy current loss prevent slits formed in slant along the periphery of the magnet fixing ring, or a plurality of eddy current loss prevent pores formed along the periphery of the magnet fixing ring. The structure minimizes the widening of the slits which may be caused by magnet fluctuation, thereby improving motor efficiency.
