A fingerprint recognition device includes a display, a touch sensor panel (TSP) which senses a touch, and a fingerprint recognition integrated circuit (FPIC) which scans a fingerprint. The FPIC includes a pixel including a photoelectric element which receives light reflected by the fingerprint, a low noise amplifier (LNA) which outputs a signal voltage by converting an electric charge received from the photoelectric element, and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) which converts the signal voltage into a digital signal. The ADC includes a variable reference voltage generator which provides a variable reference voltage, a comparator which adds the variable reference voltage to the signal voltage, performs correlated double sampling on the result of the addition, and outputs a comparison signal by comparing the result of the correlated double sampling with a ramp voltage, and a counter which outputs the digital signal by counting the comparison signal.

Specifically, in the disclosed polylactic acid composition, both impact strength and heat-resistance are improved by mixing 30 to 80 wt % of polyketone and 10 to 40 wt % of modified rubber. The disclosed polylactic acid composition does not only exhibit excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, fuel permeation resistance, abrasion resistance, etc., but also has improved impact-resistance and improved heat resistance. Thus, it is possible to employ polylactic acid as a bioplastic in interior/exterior parts of a vehicle.

Process for preparing an industrial polyester multifilament yarn with high modulus and low shrinkage, in which polyethylene terephthalate polyester is wound at 2000 m/min or more to produce undrawn yarns with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.88 or higher and a density of 1.338 to 1.365 g/cm, an oiling agent is provided to undrawn yarns, the resulting undrawn yarns are wound, drawn through three stages, heat set, relaxed, and wound again. The polyethylene terephthalate polyester yarn is produced by drawing undrawn yarns at a glass transition temperature (Tg, about 80&#xb0; C.) or lower through three stages under conditions that a draw ratio of the 1st stage is greater than a draw ratio of the 2nd stage or a draw ratio of the 3rd stage and the draw ratio of the 3rd stage is greater than the draw ratio of the 2nd stage. Also, the industrial polyester yarn with high modulus and low shrinkage has an elongation 1% or more higher, and terminal modulus 10 g/d or more lower than conventional polyester high modulus low shrinkage yarns, if tenacities are identical. Treated cords formed from the polyester yarns with high modulus and low shrinkage have an excellent dimensional stability and tenacity, and so are useful as tire cords.
