A wireless communication method according to the present invention, in a Bluetooth device connected to multiple piconets and operating in a scatter mode, includes steps of (a) establishing credit values by link for the multiple piconets, and the total sum of the credit values by link as a temporary account value; (b) updating the credit values by link and the temporary account value every slot based on a predetermined manner; (c) performing communications through a link selected based on a comparison result of the credit values by link at each Presence Point(PP); and (d) unevenly redistributing predetermined credit values based on characteristics by link and returning to the step (b) in one of the two cases in which the communications are interrupted with a POLL_NULL sequence and the temporary account value becomes the same as the total number, n, of links.

A wireless communication system has a queue information search unit for searching a queue-status information provided in a packet unit, a communication priority decision unit for deciding communication priority of external devices based on the queue-status information, giving a higher priority to the external device having a greater number of packets in queues, a communication initiation unit for initiating a communication with the external devices according to the communication priority, a counter for counting the number of times that the communication is initiated for each of the external devices, and a comparator for comparing a counter value of a first external device that corresponds to a transmitted data with a counter value of a second external device that has a maximum counter value. A wireless communication system includes a queue status detection unit for detecting the amount of unit data being used for communication between a plurality of external devices, and deciding a class parameter T of one of the external devices; a counter for counting the number of giving-away times of the external device based on the giving-away of communication opportunities to communicate with the plurality of external devices, and deciding a delay parameter D of an external device; a communication priority decision unit for calculating priority values P of an external device by using a class parameter and a delay parameter, and determining an external device having a priority out of the plurality of external devices based on the priority values; and a communication initiation unit for initiating data communications with the determined external device having the priority. Accordingly, a communication method considering both throughput and fairness can be obtained.
