The present disclosure relates to an organic light-emitting display device capable of preventing threshold voltage variation in a thin film transistor. In the organic light-emitting display device according to the present disclosure, an upper light-shielding layer overlying a pixel driving circuit which drives a light-emitting element is disposed on the same plane as an anode electrode and a bank is disposed to cover the sides of the upper light-shielding layer, and thus light input to the sides and the upper surface of an active layer can be blocked.

Curved liquid crystal display device and color filter substrate for the same

A curved display device includes: first and second substrates having a first panel portion at a center thereof and having second and third panel portions at respective sides of the first panel portion; gate and data lines crossing each other to define a plurality of sub-pixels; a black matrix having a plurality of open portions corresponding to respective ones of the sub-pixels; and first to third color filters between the black matrix and the first substrate. The black matrix between the open portions has first to third black matrix widths in the first to third panel portions, respectively, and the open portion has first to third open portion widths in the first to third panel portions, respectively. Each of the second and third BM widths is equal to or greater than the first black matrix width, and the second and third BM widths are equal to each other.

A multi-curved liquid crystal display panel includes lower and upper substrates provided with first and second regions and bonded to each other, first and second upper polarizing plates on an upper surface of the upper substrate in the first and second regions, and first and second lower polarizing plates on a lower surface of the lower substrate in the first and second regions. The transparent display device may include a liquid crystal panel; a light source disposed at one side of a lower portion of the liquid crystal panel to emit light; a first polarizing plate for polarizing the light emitted from the light source; a light guide plate disposed at a lower portion of the liquid crystal panel to totally reflect the light polarized to an axis by the first polarizing plate to a lateral surface thereof and supply to the liquid crystal panel, and transmit natural light entered from a lower direction therethrough; and a second polarizing plate disposed at an upper portion of the liquid crystal panel to control the amount of polarized light passing through the liquid crystal panel.

Transparent display device and electronic apparatus having the same

The present disclosure relates to a hybrid type liquid crystal display device. The present disclosure suggests a hybrid type liquid crystal display device comprising a liquid crystal display panel having a display area; and a window area defined within the display area, wherein an image disposed at outside of the liquid crystal display panel is shown in front of the liquid crystal panel through the window area. The present disclosure suggests a hybrid type display device in which main video data is represented using the liquid crystal display device, an additional image represented on an external screen is shown through the liquid crystal display device, or the external image can be shown by overlapping with the main video data of the liquid crystal display device, as needed.
