Provided is a gas sensor including a substrate, a first membrane disposed on the substrate, a heating structure disposed on the first membrane, a second membrane disposed on the heating structure, a sensing electrode disposed on the second membrane, and a sensing material structure disposed on the sensing electrode. Here, the substrate provides an isolation space defined by a recessed surface obtained as a portion of a top surface of the substrate is spaced downward from a bottom surface of the first membrane, and the first membrane provides a first membrane etching hole that vertically extends to connect a top surface and the bottom surface of the first membrane and is connected with the isolation space. Also, the first membrane etching hole has a diameter of about 3 μm to about 20 μm.

The neuron circuit may include an input unit to which an input pulse is applied, a bipolar memristor configured to have one end connected to one end of the input unit, a first capacitor configured to be connected between the one end of the bipolar memristor and a ground, a first diode configured to have an anode connected to the one end of the bipolar component, a second capacitor configured to have one end connected to a cathode of the first diode, a first switch configured to be connected between the one end of the second capacitor and the ground, and a second switch configured to be connected between the anode of the first diode and the other end of the second capacitor.

The present disclosure relates to a memory device, and more particularly, to a memory device including a substrate, a plurality of vertical structures disposed on the substrate and including insulation layers and lower electrodes, which are alternately laminated with each other, wherein the vertical structures are aligned in a first direction parallel to a top surface of the substrate and a second direction crossing the first direction, an upper electrode disposed on a top surface and side surfaces of each of the vertical structures, and a first dielectric layer disposed between the upper electrode and the vertical structures to cover the top surface and the side surfaces of each of the vertical structures. Here, the first dielectric layer includes a ferroelectric material.

Memory device and method of manufacturing the same

Provided are a DC-DC converter driving device and a driving method thereof, the DC-DC converter driving device including an error detector configured to compare a first feedback voltage corresponding to a first output terminal with a first compensation reference voltage to generate a first error voltage, and configured to compare a second feedback voltage corresponding to a second output terminal with a second compensation reference voltage to generate a second error voltage, an interference detector configured to determine interference between the first and second output terminals on the basis of the first and second error voltages to generate an interference error voltage, and a reference voltage compensator configured to assign a weight to the interference error voltage to generate the first and second compensation reference voltages, and thus priorities are determined for outputs of the DC-DC converter and weights according thereto are assigned to reduce occurrence of cross-regulation.

DC-DC converter driving device and method for driving DC-DC converter using the same

Provided are an electronic circuit, a linear regulating circuit, and a DC-DC converting circuit. An embodiment of the inventive concept includes a linear regulating circuit unit for generating, by comparing output voltages and corresponding reference voltages, a transient signal indicating that at least one of the output voltages is in a transient state, or a steady signal indicating that each of the output voltages is in a steady state, and for controlling the output voltages on the basis of the steady signal and the transient signal, an energy storing unit for storing energy used to generate the output voltages, a ground switch unit for controlling connection between the energy storing unit and a ground terminal, an input switch unit for controlling connection between at least one input terminal and the energy storing unit, and an output switch unit for controlling connection between output loads and the energy storing unit.

Provided is a current-voltage conversion amplifier circuit including: a plurality of light receiving devices generating a current signal proportional to an amount of light by receiving the light; multipliers amplifying the current signal, converting the amplified current signal into a first voltage signal, outputting the amplified current signal, or outputting the converted first voltage signal; multi input amplifiers outputting first and second output voltage pairs through a process for receiving output values of multipliers and an offset voltage and amplifying the received output values and offset voltage; a multiplexing unit selecting and outputting one first and second output voltage pair among the first and second output voltage pairs outputted from multi input amplifiers; and a signal conversion unit converting a difference value between first and second output voltages outputted from the multiplexing unit and outputting the converted digital signal.
