The present disclosure relates to a method of preparing a graphene metal nanoparticle-composite, including: preparing graphene by applying a shearing force to a first solution containing a graphite-based material and thus exfoliating the graphite-based material; preparing metal nanoparticles by applying a shearing force to a second solution containing a metal precursor, a capping agent, and a reducing agent; and physically combining the metal nanoparticles on the graphene by applying a shearing force to a third solution containing the graphene and the metal nanoparticles, and a graphene metal nanoparticle-composite prepared according to the method.

A method of manufacturing core-shell particles comprises: filling a buffer into a rotor, which is extended in a longitudinal direction, and is accommodated so as to be spaced apart from an inner wall side of a non-rotational hollow cylinder extended in a longitudinal direction and then discharging air to outside; rotating the rotor after terminating the filling; forming a core-shell precursor by supplying raw materials from a first storage and a second storage, which comprise a material forming a core, into an interior of the cylinder in which the rotor rotates; supplying a shell material for coating the core to the interior of the cylinder in which a core-type precursor is formed; separating a liquid comprising core-shell particles formed through the supplying into a solid and a liquid; and drying the core-shell particles obtained through the separating.

Method of preparing core-shell particles

A reaction apparatus includes first and second reaction material accommodation parts, each of which accommodates a solid, gaseous, or liquid reaction material. A feed pump feeds the reaction material to one or each of the first and second accommodation parts. A reactor mixes the reaction material fed from the feed pump. The reactor is configured to have a cylinder that has a reaction chamber which accommodates the reaction material therein. The reactor has injection ports on which one side of each of the upper portion and lower portion thereof are connected to the first and second reaction material accommodation parts, respectively. A stirring shaft is disposed to be rotatable in the cylinder and stirs the reaction material supplied from the first and second reaction material accommodation parts. A stirring motor provides torque for the stirring shaft.

The present invention provides an all-in-one type continuous reactor for preparing a positive electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery. The continuous reactor includes a flange unit provided at one side of a cylinder; at least one reactant inlet port provided on the flange unit; a reaction product outlet port provided at the other side of the cylinder; a plurality of extra ports provided between the reactant inlet port and the reaction product outlet port; a temperature control unit disposed between an inner circumferential surface and outer circumferential surface; a pulverizing unit provided in the reactant inlet port; a flow rate sensor provided in at least one of the reactant inlet port; and a flow rate control unit configured to control the flow rate of the reactant.

All-in-one-type continuous reactor for preparing positive electrode active material for lithium secondary battery, and crystal separation apparatus comprising the same

Apparatus for manufacturing particles has at least one reactor and a method for manufacturing particles using the same. A first reactor has a hollow main body extending in the lengthwise direction, first and second raw material inlets formed at the one side end of the main body, a reactant outlet formed at the other side end of the main body, and a mixer formed inside the main body to mix materials fed from the first and second raw material inlets. A second reactor of the apparatus connected to one side of the first reactor has a non-revolving hollow cylinder extending in the lengthwise direction, a revolving body extending in the lengthwise direction, a driver portion, a reactant inlet formed on the outer circumference at one side end of the cylinder and connected to the reactant outlet of the first reactor.

Apparatus for manufacturing particles and method for manufacturing particles using the same

A purification apparatus and a purification method using the purification apparatus. A solution stored in a solution storage tank is diffused/agitated with an ultrasonic wave. An air compressor transfers the solution to a reactor. The solution is mixed in the reactor with a solvent fed through another passage to produce a reactant.
