An image processing method and apparatus is disclosed, where the image processing method includes receiving an image including frames captured over a time period in an illumination environment including alternating current (AC) light, estimating a specular chromaticity and a diffuse chromaticity of the image based on the frames, determining a weight of each of the specular chromaticity and the diffuse chromaticity based on a frame of the frames, and correcting the image based on the specular chromaticity, the diffuse chromaticity, the weight of the specular chromaticity, and the weight of the diffuse chromaticity.

A transparent display apparatus is provided. The transparent display apparatus includes a transparent display configured so that a background of the transparent display apparatus is projected thereto and configured to display an image; a camera configured to capture an image of a background direction of the transparent display apparatus to obtain a background image; and a processor configured to analyze image information of a background region projected to the transparent display in the obtained background image for each pixel, correct an image to be displayed on the transparent display using the analyzed image information of the background region, and control the transparent display to display the corrected image.

A display method of a transparent display apparatus is provided. The display method includes sensing illumination around the transparent display apparatus; determining threshold lightness using the sensed illumination; correcting image data by changing lightness and chroma of colors which are brighter than the determined threshold lightness by a first method and changing at least one of lightness and chroma of colors which are the determined threshold lightness or less by a second method; and displaying the corrected image data on the transparent display apparatus.

Disclosed herein is a stabproof and bulletproof panel. The stabproof and bulletproof panel includes a bulletproof panel and a plurality of stabproof panels . The bulletproof panel is comprised of a front plate , a plurality of high density polyethylene films stacked with one on top of another for dispersing impact energy, and a rear plate formed by sewing together a plurality of aromatic polyamide woven fabrics for minimizing frictional heat and deformation. The front plate consists of a plurality of aromatic polyamide woven fabrics , a felt formed by forcibly inserting thin aromatic polyamide fibers or high density polyethylene fibers and a shock-absorbing member into a scrim woven in the form of a net using aromatic polyamide fibers or high density polyethylene yarn, and a plurality of aromatic polyamide woven fabrics . A repeating method for a wireless communication system which provides time and space diversities, and an apparatus thereof are disclosed. The method of repeating a forward link communication signal for a wireless communication system includes the steps of: a) transmitting the forward link communication signal through a first transmitting antenna; b) delaying the forward link communication signal for a predetermined time period; and c) transmitting a delayed forward link communication signal which is generated by step b) through a second transmitting antenna. According to the method, when repeating forward and reverse link communication signals, time and space diversities are respectively provided to the base station and the mobile stations.

Repeating method for a wireless communication system and apparatus thereof

A carrier changing apparatus in a mobile telecommunication system for generating a dummy frequency assignment signal for repeating a frequency conversion or providing a hard hand off based on a traffic signal is provided. In the carrier changing apparatus, a transmitting carrier changer transmits an input forward traffic signal having traffic and overhead information and generates a forward dummy frequency assignment signal based on the forward traffic signal. A receiving carrier changer receives and outputs a reverse traffic signal having traffic and overhead information from a mobile station and generates a delayed reverse traffic signal based on a reverse dummy frequency assignment signal from the mobile station. Since the carrier changing apparatus generates a dummy frequency assignment signal for repeating a frequency conversion or providing a hard hand off by using a traffic signal, it can repeat a frequency conversion and provide a hard hand off without using an additional dummy frequency assignment signal device. Therefore, efficiency of the carrier changing apparatus can lower the cost of equipment.
