A system and method for controlling engine revolutions for a hybrid construction machine, including an engine, a hydraulic pump which is driven by the engine to drive a hydraulic actuator with discharged hydraulic fluid, a motor-generator which is driven by the engine to generate electricity and to drive the hydraulic pump as a motor supplementing the engine, an energy storage device which is charged with electric energy generated by the motor-generator and which supplies the electric energy for motor operation of the motor-generator, a torque detection unit for detecting an output torque of the hydraulic pump that is required to drive the hydraulic actuator, and a hybrid control unit for controlling the motor operation of the motor-generator to supplement the engine output if the change of the output torque of the hydraulic pump exceeds a predetermined level and it is determined that an engine revolution drop will occur.

System and method for controlling engine revolutions for hybrid construction machine

A swing control system and method for a construction machine using an electric motor is provided. The swing control system includes a swing electric motor swinging an upper swing structure and a swing control unit. The swing control unit includes a reference speed calculation means for calculating a reference swing speed and a maximum acceleration according to a manipulation signal of a control lever for a swing manipulation; a swing speed determination means for calculating a first speed change amount from a difference between the reference swing speed and an actual swing speed by the electric motor that is currently fed back, calculating a second speed change amount for a sampling time from the maximum acceleration, and determining a swing speed according to the manipulation signal by comparing the first speed change amount and the second speed change amount and adding a smaller amount between the first speed change amount and the second speed change amount obtained as the result of comparison to the actual swing speed currently fed back; and an output torque control means for controlling an output torque of the electric motor by generating a control signal for the determined swing speed.

A control system and method for a hybrid construction machine is provided. The control system for a hybrid construction machine includes an engine, a hydraulic pump driven by the engine to drive a hydraulic actuator, a motor-generator driven by the engine to generate electricity and to drive the hydraulic pump as a motor supplementing the engine, an energy storage device charged with electric energy generated by the motor-generator and supplying the electric energy for motor operation of the motor-generator, a mode detector detecting a working mode of the engine, a torque detector detecting an output torque of the hydraulic pump, a memory storing upper and lower baselines of an engine torque set per working mode of the engine, and a hybrid controller comparing the detected output torque of the hydraulic pump with the upper and lower baselines set according to the detected working mode, controlling power generation of the motor-generator so that the engine is loaded as much as much as a short value if the output torque is less than the lower baseline, and controlling the motor operation of the motor-generator so that the engine output is supplemented as much as an excessive value if the output torque exceeds the upper baseline.

In an earth moving machinery having an operation seat in an interior of an operation cab installed at an upper frame of a lower running body, there is provided an apparatus for monitoring an operator vibration for an earth moving machinery with an operation cab which comprises an operation seat which is installed in an interior of the operation cab and which includes an acceleration sensor for sensing and converting vibration into a 3-axis channel signal; a vibration measuring device which is installed in a lower side of the operation cab and which measures a 3-axis channel vibration in real time by receiving the 3-axis channel signal and outputs an 3-axis vibration value based on the measured vibration; an electronic control unit which is installed between the operation seat and the vibration measuring device and which computes a mean vibration value and an impact vibration value generated in a predetermined time interval by receiving the 3-axis vibration value and outputs vibrations of ELV; and a display device which is installed in an interior of the operation cab and which displays the ELV on a LCD screen in real time, so that an operator easily monitors the ELV through the LCD screen.
