A press mold for forming a panel, may include an upper die for vertically operating by an upper press, and having a mounting recess recessed upward at a lower surface central portion, a lower die disposed under the upper die, and configured to the vertically operate by a lower press, an upper pad disposed in a center portion of the mounting recess, and formed with an upper forming surface at a lower surface edge portion, a lower steel disposed under the upper pad, mounted on the lower die, and formed with a lower forming surface at an upper surface edge portion of the lower steel corresponding to the upper forming surface, and an upper steel mounted on the upper die at a position exterior to the lower forming surface.

Press mold

A draw press device may include a lower mold having a lower surface forming portion, a blank holder disposed outside the lower mold, an upper mold having an upper surface forming portion disposed at an upper side slider above an upper side of the lower mold, and a stretching forming portion that performs a stretching when both end portions of the material panel are grasped by a cam operation before shaping or pressing the material panel.

Disclosed herein is a hot stamping device for forming, cooling and trimming a material heated to a set temperature including a lower stanchion having a lower mold steel formed to a shape corresponding to a bottom surface of the material and a blank holder vertically movable on an exterior of the lower mold steel; a lower trimming steel mounted on the blank holder, configured to support the edges of the material; an upper stanchion having an upper mold steel formed to a shape corresponding to an upper surface of the material, and configured to move the upper mold steel up and down; an upper trimming steel disposed on an exterior of the upper mold steel move downwardly with the lower trimming steel to trim the edges of the material; and a cooling unit disposed on to the lower and the upper mold steels and the lower and the upper trimming steels, and configured to circulate coolant.
