A display device according to an embodiment includes: a substrate; a first conductive layer positioned on the substrate; a semiconductor layer positioned on the first conductive layer; a second conductive layer positioned on the semiconductor layer; an oxygen supply layer positioned under the second conductive layer, in contact with the second conductive layer, and having the same planar shape as the second conductive layer; and a light-emitting element connected to the second conductive layer, wherein the oxygen supply layer includes a metal oxide that includes one or more of indium, zinc, tin, or gallium, or alloys thereof.

Display device and manufacturing method thereof

A display device includes a driving transistor on a substrate, a light emitting element disposed on the driving transistor, and a lower electrode disposed between the substrate and the driving transistor. The driving transistor includes an active pattern and a gate electrode. The active pattern includes a first region, a second region, and a channel region between the first region and the second region. The light emitting element is electrically connected to the second region of the active pattern. The lower electrode overlaps the channel region of the active pattern and provides a back bias voltage to the driving transistor.

An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, an active layer disposed on the substrate and including a metal oxide-based semiconductor, a gate electrode disposed on the active layer, an insulating layer disposed on the gate electrode, source and drain electrodes disposed on the insulating layer, a light emitting element on the source and drain electrodes, and a gate insulating layer between the active layer and the gate electrode. The gate insulating layer includes first and second gate insulating layers. The first gate insulating layer directly contacts the active layer and has a first amount of nitrogen. A face detection-processing circuit includes a down-scaler, a face detection unit, a control unit and a down-scaling ratio controller. The down-scaler is configured to scale down a resolution of an input image including at least one subject person according to a down-scaling ratio to provide a first image. The face detection unit is configured to detect a face of the least one subject person in the first image and generate coordinate information on a region of the detected face part (face region). The control unit is configured to calculate a face detection index indicating a ratio of the face region to the first image based on the coordinate information to provide control signals based on the face detection index and a face detection signal indicating whether a face is detected. The down-scaling ratio controller is configured to adjust the down-scaling ratio in response to the control signal.

A memory controller includes an digitally programmable delay unit having a selectable delay time receiving a read-enable signal and outputting a delayed read-enable signal. The delay time is selected in response to an externally applied delay-control signal. A method and apparatus for detecting a free page of a memory device, and a method and apparatus for decoding an error correction code by using the method and apparatus for detecting a free page are provided. Free page data read from the memory is converted into a converted codeword for inclusion as an element of an error correction code field. The converted codeword is compared to an initially set target codeword to detect an amount of non-identical bits. A page read from the memory is determined to be a free page when the amount of non-identical bits is equal to or less than an initially set threshold value.

The UE transmits a message reporting downlink signal measurement results of femto base stations to the femto base station controller via a macro base station. The femto base station controller determines a femto base station which becomes a handover target of the UE using report messages of the femto base stations and the UE. The femto base station controller transmits a handover procedure start message to the macro base station and the determined femto base station.

A handover request and RRC connection setup message is transmitted to the relay eNB by integrating a handover request message for requesting a handover of the UE and an RRC connection setup message for requesting RRC connection setup between the macro eNB and the relay eNB. A handover request response and RRC connection setup response message are received from the relay eNB by integrating a handover request response message and an RRC connection setup response message.

Apparatus and method for handover in wireless communication system

Provided are a paging method and an apparatus thereof for User Equipment (UE) in a broadband wireless communication system. In the method, a paging message is received from a macro base station. Whether there exists an accessible femto base station inside a service area of the macro base station is determined. When there does not exist the accessible femto base station inside the service area of the macro base station, the UE responds to the paging message of the macro base station. When there exists the accessible femto base station inside the service area of the macro base station, the UE waits for a paging message to be received from the femto base station.

Paging method and apparatus thereof in broadband wireless communication system

After increasing the thickness of a gate line and forming a barrier rib that is made of an organic material, a gate insulating layer is formed and then a color filter is formed with an Inkjet method using the barrier rib. By increasing a thickness of the gate line, even if the size of a substrate increases, problems due to signal delay are reduced, and by forming a barrier rib with an organic material, the height of the barrier rib increases, and a taper angle increases and thus a color filter is stably formed.
