An input sensing device includes: sensor pixels, a horizontal driver, a selection circuit, and a vertical driver. Each of the sensor pixels is connected to a plurality of driving lines and a one of a plurality of signal input lines. The horizontal driver sequentially applies a horizontal driving signal to the sensor pixels through the driving lines. The selection circuit is connected to n of the signal input lines (n is a natural number of 2 or more) and to one output line. The selection circuit sequentially outputs n sensing signals received through the n signal input lines to the one output line. The vertical driver receives the n sensing signals through the one output line. The horizontal driver applies the horizontal driving signal n times to a given one of the driving lines to correspond to the n sensing signals.

Input sensing method and input sensing device including the same

A display device includes a thin-film transistor layer disposed on a substrate and including thin-film transistors; and an emission material layer disposed on the thin-film transistor layer. The emission material layer includes light-emitting elements each including a first light-emitting electrode, an emissive layer and a second light-emitting electrode, light-receiving elements each including a first light-receiving electrode, a light-receiving semiconductor layer and a second light-receiving electrode, and a first bank disposed on the first light-emitting electrode and defining an emission area of each of the light-emitting elements. The light-receiving elements are disposed on the first bank.

Display device

A display device includes light emitting and receiving pixels, a reset line, a fingerprint scan line, a fingerprint sensing line, and first and second voltage lines in a display region. Each light receiving pixel includes a light receiving element including a first electrode and a second electrode connected to the second voltage line, a sensing transistor connecting the first electrode to the fingerprint sensing line according to a fingerprint scan signal applied to the fingerprint scan line and a reset transistor to connect the first voltage line to the first electrode according to a reset signal applied to the reset line. A first voltage applied to the first voltage line is greater than a second voltage applied to the second voltage line, and a third voltage applied to the fingerprint sensing line is greater than the second voltage and smaller than the first voltage.

A display device includes a display panel having a plurality of pixels connected to gate lines and data lines, and a plurality of fingerprint sensors connected to sensing lines and read-out lines. A gate driver provides gate signals to the gate lines and provides sensing signals to the sensing lines. The gate driver includes a first gate signal supply module providing a first gate signal to a first gate line among the gate lines. A first switching element is turned on by a reset enable signal to connect the first gate line and a first sensing line among the sensing lines.

The present disclosure relates to a quantum error correction code and, more particularly, to a method and apparatus for optimizing a quantum error correction code in biased error environment. The method for optimizing a quantum error correction code, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: estimating, on the basis of a physical error rate (p) and a bias degree (η), a logical error rate (P) for each of one or more candidate lattice sizes; determining, on the basis of the estimated logical error rate (P) and a target logical error rate (P), an optimal lattice size from among the one or more candidate lattice sizes; and arranging a Qubit on the basis of the optimal lattice size. Here, when the bias degree (η) exceeds 1, the one or more candidate lattice sizes may be defined in the form of a rectangular excluding a square.

Method and apparatus for optimizing bias error-based quantum error correction code

A foldable device includes: a display panel; a digitizer disposed on a surface of the display panel and comprising a base layer, first conductive patterns disposed between the base layer and the display panel, and second conductive patterns disposed on an opposite side to the first conductive patterns with the base layer interposed therebetween; a first adhesive member disposed between the digitizer and the display panel and in direct contact with the digitizer; and a second adhesive member disposed on an opposite side to the first adhesive member with the digitizer interposed therebetween and in direct contact with the digitizer. The digitizer further defines a digitizer hole penetrating through the digitizer, and the base layer comprises a protrusion having a shape protruding from an edge of the base layer located at a shortest distance from the digitizer hole toward an outside of the base layer.

Disclosed herein is a catalyst for an upgrading reaction of biomass pyrolysis oil, a method for preparing the same, and a method for upgrading biomass pyrolysis oil using the same. The catalyst is a composite inorganic oxide, and the composite inorganic oxide includes lanthanum, nickel, titanium, and cerium. When a metal catalyst supported on carbon is used as a catalyst for a first step reaction, by using the catalyst as a catalyst for a second step reaction, the efficiency of the upgrading reaction of bio-oil is increased and a continuous reaction is possible without clogging of a continuous reactor.

A power net system of a fuel cell and a method for controlling the same are provided. The power net system includes: a fuel cell to generate electric power through a reaction of a fuel gas and an oxidation gas; batteries to be charged by the electric power generated by the fuel cell or discharged to supply electric power; main lines electrically connecting the fuel cell and the batteries; main relays provided in the main lines to open or allow electrical connections between the fuel cell and the batteries; COD lines branched from the main lines between the fuel cell and the main relays and provided with a COD device to consume input electric power; COD relays provided in the COD lines to open or allow electrical connections to the COD device through the COD lines; and a controller to control the main relays or the COD relays to supply electric power charged in the batteries to the fuel cell.

Power net system of a fuel cell and a method for controlling same

An input sensing device includes sensor pixels initialized in response to a reset signal provided through a reset line, and output a sensing signal to a read-out line in response to a scan signal provided through a scan line. A controller generates at least one start signal and clock signals. A selector selectively provides the at least one start signal and the clock signals to first control lines or second control lines. A reset driver connected to the first control lines, and supplying reset signals to at least some of the reset lines based on the at least one start signal and the clock signals provided through the first control lines. A scan driver is connected to the second control lines, and supplies scan signals to at least some of the scan lines based on the at least one start signal and the clock signals.

Provided is a display device. The display device includes a display panel which includes a base substrate, a thin-film transistor layer on the base substrate, and a light emitting element layer comprising light emitting elements on the thin-film transistor layer; a cover window on the light emitting element layer of the display panel; and a fingerprint recognition sensor layer under the display panel. The base substrate includes a first base, a second base on the first base, and a light blocking layer between the first base and the second base, and the light blocking layer includes holes through which light reflected by a finger touching the cover window passes.
