An organic light-emitting display device includes an organic light-emitting array including a plurality of pixel areas, the pixel areas being arranged in a matrix; and a plurality of blocks, in each of which a plurality of touch wires are arranged in a first direction and a second direction. Each of the sub-pixels has a light-emitting part, the light-emitting part of one of the sub-pixels is larger than the light-emitting parts of the other sub-pixels, and an intersection of the touch wires arranged in the first direction and the second direction is located in the sub-pixel having the largest light-emitting part.

Organic light-emitting display device

Disclosed is a touch organic light-emitting display device that is capable of stably connecting metal mesh electrodes to each other using a plurality of bridges and of minimizing the occurrence of parasitic capacitance. The display device includes an organic light-emitting array including pixel openings and a bank insulation film, and a touch electrode array bonded to the organic light-emitting array. The touch electrode array includes first and second mesh electrodes arranged in first and second directions and having a multiple-lattice structure, bridges for connecting first mesh electrodes to each other, and connecting patterns for connecting second mesh electrodes to each other. The bridges do not overlap the second mesh electrodes but overlap the connecting patterns so as to intersect the same. The first and second mesh electrodes, the bridges and the connecting patterns overlap the bank insulation film.

In-cell touch organic light-emitting display device

A foldable display device may prevent defects in touch sensing, caused by stress concentrated at a folding part. A foldable display device may include a lower base material and an upper base material, each base material including at least one folding part and non-folding parts in a display area; a thin film transistor array on the lower base material; an organic light emitting array on the thin film transistor array; a touch electrode array disposed on the upper base material, and oppositely bonded to the organic light emitting array disposed opposite to the touch electrode array by an adhesive layer; and a plurality of wirings having a zigzag shape and uneven depth level in the folding part on the upper base material.

Foldable display device

Disclosed is an organic light-emitting display device that has improved color viewing angle characteristics while including a mesh pattern. The organic light-emitting display device includes an organic light-emitting array including a plurality of pixel openings, and a touch electrode array bonded to the organic light-emitting array. The touch electrode array includes a plurality of first mesh electrodes arranged in a first direction and having a lattice structure, and a plurality of second mesh electrodes arranged in a second direction and having a lattice structure. Each of the first mesh electrodes and the second mesh electrodes includes a plurality of overlapping portions that overlap the pixel openings, and a plurality of non-overlapping portions positioned between the pixel openings. At least some of the overlapping portions include brightness-increasing portions, which are formed of a material different from that of the non-overlapping portions.

Disclosed is a foldable display which includes a protective layer to protect a display area exposed when the display is folded and has a touch electrode array extension on the protective layer so as to enable touch input in the display area. The foldable display includes a display panel provided with a front surface, a part of which is exposed when the foldable display is folded, and including a touch electrode array, and a support part adhered to the rear surface of the display panel, and the touch electrode array includes the touch electrode array extension provided to cover a part of the front surface of the foldable display exposed when the foldable display is folded.

Disclosed are a liquid crystal display device having touch and three-dimensional display functions and a method for manufacturing the same. The liquid crystal display device includes a touch and three-dimensional image display panel adhered to a liquid crystal panel through an adhesive layer, wherein the touch and three-dimensional image display panel includes a lower substrate provided with first and second electrodes for realizing a three-dimensional image, a upper substrate provided with third and fourth electrodes for sensing touch and a common electrode for realizing the three-dimensional image, and a liquid crystal display filled between the upper and lower substrates.

Liquid crystal display device having touch and three-dimensional display functions and method for manufacturing the same

Disclosed is a method for precisely judging the number of touches. The method includes a step A of reading a touch sensing signal sensed by an iinfrared ray sensor module located at an icorner (i being a natural number not exceeding 3) of a touch panel, a step B of defining a portion of the touch sensing signal having a signal intensity lower than a predetermined touch recognition threshold signal as a touch recognition signal corresponding to the touches, and a step C of, when the touch recognition signal is recognized as representing one touch and the length of the overall section of the touch recognition signal is within a critical range as a result of analysis of the touch recognition signal, finally judging whether or not the touch recognition signal is recognized as one touch or two touches through re-analysis of the touch recognition signal.
