A display device comprises a substrate and a circuit layer. The circuit layer comprises a first semiconductor layer; a first gate insulating layer; a first gate conductive layer; a second gate insulating layer; a second gate conductive layer; a first interlayer insulating layer; a second semiconductor layer; a third gate insulating layer; a third gate conductive layer; a second interlayer insulating layer; and a first source-drain conductive layer. The first source-drain conductive layer comprises at least one connection electrode. Each of the at least one connection electrode is electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer through a first connection hole, and is electrically connected to one of the first semiconductor layer, the first gate conductive layer, and the second gate conductive layer through a second connection hole. The second connection hole overlaps at least a part of the second semiconductor layer and extends through the second semiconductor layer.

Display device and method for fabricating the same

A display device according to an embodiment of the present inventive concept includes: a substrate that includes a main display portion and first side portions connected with the main display portion; scan lines and data lines that are disposed on the substrate; pixels that are connected with the scan lines and the data lines; data voltage transmission lines that are respectively connected with the data lines; connection wires that are connected with the data voltage transmission lines; sub-connection wires that are connected with the connection wires; and a driver that is connected with the sub-connection wires, wherein the order of alignment of the data line connected with the connection wires and the order of alignment of the sub-connection wires connected with the connection wires are the same.

A display device comprises a display part and a sensor part. The display part includes an emission layer emitting light, and the sensor part is disposed on the display part. The sensor part includes a first conductive pattern layer, a second conductive pattern layer, and a functional insulating layer disposed between the first conductive pattern layer and the second conductive pattern layer.
