A display device includes a substrate, a semiconductor layer on the substrate and including a channel area of a first transistor, a first insulating layer on the semiconductor layer, a first conductive layer on the first insulating layer and including a plurality of split patterns which overlap with the channel area of the first transistor, a second insulating layer on the first conductive layer, a shield pattern on the second insulating layer and having a constant voltage applied thereto, a third insulating layer on the second conductive layer, and a third conductive layer on the third insulating layer and including a scan connecting pattern which electrically connects the split patterns to each other and overlaps with the semiconductor layer in an overlapping area different from the channel area.

Display device

A display device includes an active region including pixels receiving data signals through data lines, and a non-active region on a side of the active region in a first direction and including a pad portion. The display device includes non-active fan-out wirings in the non-active region and connected to the pad portion, signal wirings extending in the first direction across the active region and connected to the pixels, and connection wirings passing through the active region and connecting some of the non-active fan-out wirings and some of the signal wirings. Each of the connection wirings includes first and second extension portions made of a first conductive layer, and a third extension portion made of a second conductive layer different from the first conductive layer. The first and second extension portions extend in the first direction, and the third extension portion extends in a second direction intersecting the first direction.

A display device includes a substrate having a through-hole. The display device also includes a display unit formed on the substrate and surrounding the through-hole, and the display unit is configured to display an image and includes pixels.

Emissive display device

A display device includes: a substrate comprising a display region including main pixels, and a sensor region including auxiliary pixels and transmission areas; first anodes arranged so as to correspond to the main pixels; first pixel defining layers for defining openings which partially expose the first anodes; spacers provided on the first pixel defining layers and protruding in the thickness direction; second anodes arranged so as to correspond to the auxiliary pixels; and second pixel defining layers for defining openings which partially expose the second anodes. The spacers and the second pixel defining layers are simultaneously formed of the same material.

Bending support for display panel

A display device includes a display panel including a display area in which pixels are placed to display an image, and a non-display area located around the display area; and a cover window including a light blocking area overlapping the non-display area of the display panel in a thickness direction of the display panel, and a through hole penetrating through the light blocking area, wherein the display panel further includes a first power supply line located in the non-display area to apply a first power supply voltage, and wherein the first power supply line does not overlap the through hole in the thickness direction of the display panel.

A display device includes a substrate including a display area including pixels, and a light transmissive area including a portion in the display area, and signal lines disposed in the display area and electrically connected with the pixels, where the signal lines include a first signal line on a first side, a second signal line on a second side and arranged with the first signal line in a first direction, and a third signal line on a third side, and the third signal line is arranged with the first signal line and the second signal line in a second direction, the first and second signal lines are insulated from each other in the display area, and a length of the third signal line is longer than a length of the second signal line in the first direction.

Display device with reduced area of dead space at periphery and a light transmissive area disposed in a display area

A display device is provided. The display device comprises a display panel having a display region and a non-display region, wherein the display panel is bent along a first bending line extending in a first direction and a second bending line extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, an outer profile of the non-display region forms a corner portion of the display panel, and the corner portion is symmetrical with respect to an extension line that bisects an angle formed by the first bending line and the second bending line.

An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, a light emitting structure, an undercut structure, and a functional module. The substrate includes an opening region, a peripheral region surrounding the opening region, and a display region surrounding the peripheral region. The substrate has a groove in the peripheral region and an opening in the opening region. The light emitting structure is in the display region on the substrate. The undercut structure is inside the groove in the substrate. The undercut structure includes a sacrificial metal pattern having a first width and at least one insulating layer pattern having a second width greater than the first width. The functional module is in the opening of the substrate.

Organic light emitting display device

A display that includes a display panel and a window laminated with the display panel is presented. The display panel may include: a main panel region including a first side extending in a first direction and a second side extending in a second direction crossing the first direction; a first sub-panel region that is in contact with the first side and is bent; and a second sub-panel region that is in contact with the second side and is bent. A panel corner part of the main panel region adjacent to the first sub-panel region and the second sub-panel region is rounded.

Display device with higher screen-to-body ratio

A display device including a display area and a non-display area, the display device including a plurality of data wires disposed in the display area and in the non-display area, a plurality of connecting wires disposed in the display area and connected to the data wires, a plurality of dummy patterns disposed in the display area in the same layer as the connecting wires, and shielding patterns disposed on the connecting wires. First gaps are defined between the connecting wires and the dummy patterns, and the shielding patterns overlap with the first gaps.

A display device including a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, a plurality of signal lines disposed in the display area and extending along a first direction and from the non-display area to the display area, a connection line extending from the non-display area and electrically connected to a respective signal line of the plurality of signal lines in the non-display area, and an initialization voltage line extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, wherein the connection line overlaps the initialization voltage line in a thickness direction of the display device.

A display device, includes: a display area and a non-display area; a plurality of signal lines over the display area; and a plurality of connection lines in the display area and connected to the signal lines, wherein the plurality of connection lines includes a plurality of first connection lines connected to the signal lines, respectively, a plurality of third connection lines on a same layer as the first connection lines, and a plurality of second connection lines connecting the first connection lines to the third connection lines.
