A method for generating deception target information is proposed. The method may include setting third transmission sources pre-selected based on movement path of a jammer as jamming channels, setting a passive radar reference position according to presence or reliability of prior information on position of the passive radar. The method may also include grouping set jamming channels into groups according to operating environment and purpose and analyzing a deception target settable area based on positions of the third transmission sources, the passive radar reference position, and a movement path of the actual target. The method may further include setting a deception target movement path and deriving the deception target information based on the passive radar reference position, the positions of the third transmission sources, the movement path, and a movement path of a virtual deception target for each deception target movement path.

The present invention relates to a cutting process simulation method and a system thereof which can efficiently optimize the decommissioning process of a nuclear facility, thereby saving costs and time and ensuring safety in the decommissioning process. One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing solar cells having a nano-micro composite structure on a silicon substrate and solar cells manufactured thereby. The technical problem to be solved is to provide a method for manufacturing solar cells and solar cells manufactured thereby, the method being capable of forming micro wires in various sizes according to the lithographic design of a photoresist and forming nano wires, which have various sizes and aspect ratios, by adjusting the concentration of a wet etching solution and immersion time. To this end, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing solar cells and solar cells manufactured thereby, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a first conductive semiconductor substrate having a first surface and a second surface; patterning a photoresist on the second surface of the first conductive semiconductor substrate such that the plane form of the photoresist becomes a form in which multiple horizontal lines and multiple vertical lines intersect each other; electrolessly etching the semiconductor substrate so as to form a micro wire having a width of 1-3 &#x3bc;m and a height of 3-5 &#x3bc;m in a region corresponding to the photoresist and to form multiple nano wires having a width of 1-100 nm and a height of 1-3 &#x3bc;m in a region not corresponding to the photoresist; doping the micro wire and nano wires with a second conductive impurity by using POCl; forming a first electrode on the first surface of the semiconductor substrate; and forming a second electrode on the micro wire, wherein the efficiency of the solar cells is 10-13%, the efficiency being the ratio of output to incident light energy per unit area.

An apparatus for testing the performance of a synthetic aperture radar is provided. The apparatus for testing the performance of a synthetic aperture radar includes: a three-axis motion platform that is coupled to an antenna and driven in roll, pitch, and yaw directions so as to reproduce motion components generated from a pointing plane of the antenna; a target simulator configured to reproduce a ground target; and a system simulator that allows the three-axis motion platform and the target simulator to work in conjunction with each other in real time, and controls the three-axis motion platform and the target simulator. Here, the three-axis motion platform may include a three-axis driver that determines the attitude of the three-axis motion platform, based on position and speed information received from the system simulator. The target simulator may include a target modulator that adjusts the amplitude of an output signal, performs range and phase delays, and reproduces a Doppler component, based on simulation target information received from the system simulator.
