A clothes treating apparatus includes a main body having a laundry insertion opening formed on a front side of the main body, and a door to open or close the laundry insertion opening. The door includes a cover frame having a central opening and a side opening elongated in a circumferential direction of the cover frame; a hand receiving member configured to be coupled to the cover frame from a rear side of the cover frame, and having a pocket for receiving a hand of a user; and a cover panel configured to be coupled to the cover frame from a front side of the cover frame to cover the central opening of the cover frame, and having a recessed portion disposed to correspond to the side opening of the cover frame and to provide access to the pocket of the hand receiving member.

Door and clothes treating apparatus having the same

A door having an improved structure in which the door is formed integrally with a door handle, and a clothes treating apparatus having the same. The clothes treating apparatus includes a main body, a laundry insertion opening formed on a front surface of the main body, and a door to open and close the laundry insertion opening. The door includes a holder member rotatably coupled to the front surface of the main body, a transparent member passing through and coupled to the holder member, and a cover member covering a front surface of the holder member to define an external appearance of the door. The cover member includes a cover frame provided in a shape corresponding to the holder member, a cover panel coupled to a front surface of the cover frame, and a door handle including a protrusion portion and a recessed portion.

Provided is a washing machine that can maintain sufficient rigidity while reducing a thickness of a frame by improving the shape of beads disposed at the frame, the washing machine including: a cabinet; a tub that is disposed to accommodate washing water in the cabinet and has a fastening hole formed in a rear side of the tub; a tub fixing part that is provided in plural numbers at a rear side of the cabinet in a position corresponding to the fastening hole; a fixing member that is inserted into the tub fixing part and is fastened to the fastening hole so that the tub is fixed to the rear side of the cabinet; and beads that are provided in plural numbers at both sides of the cabinet so as to have a shape of grooves formed in a direction of an inner side of the cabinet.

Disclosed is a drum washing machine, which improves structures of hinge units to rotatably support a door to easily assemble a door with a housing, and firmly endures a load of the door. The drum washing machine includes a housing provided with an opening through which laundry is put into the washing machine; a door connected to the housing to open and close the opening; a first hinge unit rotatably connecting the door to the housing; and a second hinge unit separated from the first hinge unit to rotatably support the door together with the first hinge unit. The second hinge unit causes the door to be supported on the housing. Through the above constitution, a worker may easily assemble the door with the housing, thus increasing a working efficiency.
