An oven, which both satisfies heat insulating and cooling of a door by adjusting an air flow in channels formed in the door. The oven includes a plurality of channels provided in a door, into which external air flows, accompanied with air discharged by a discharge duct, such that the air flows in the plurality of the channels, and a flow conversion part formed above at least one of the plurality of the channels for stagnating the flow of air. Since the door insulates a cooking chamber from heat and is cooled using a difference of pressures between upper and lower portions of the door, the oven concurrently satisfies conflicting two requirements, such as heat insulating and cooling of the door.

Multi-glass door cooling oven

An oven having enhanced cooling efficiency. The oven includes a cooking chamber, a door to open or close a front side of the cooking chamber, a cooling fan located above the cooking chamber to suction and blow outside air, a discharge duct to discharge the air, blown by the cooling fan, forward of the door, a plurality of flow-paths defined in the door to allow outside air to be introduced into and moved in the flow-path in association with discharge of the air through the discharge duct, and a suction pipe to connect at least one of the flow-paths and the cooling fan to each other. Suction force of the cooling fan is applied to the flow-paths of the door through the suction pipe as well as the interior of an electric machine room, allowing the air in the flow-path to be discharged to the outside through the suction pipe and the discharge duct. This assures more active air movement in the door and maximizes the cooling effect of the door.

Oven

A cooking apparatus equipped with a heating device enabling uniform distribution of heat. The cooking apparatus includes a plate to put a cooker thereon, a heater disposed under the plate, and a guide member disposed between the plate and the heater to induce energy emitted from the heater toward the plate.

Cooking apparatus

A coating composition and a cooking device and/or cooking receptacle coated with the coating composition are described. The coating composition includes 10 to 30 wt. % of SiO, 10 to 30 wt. % of PO, 10 to 30 wt. % of AlO, 1 to 20 wt. % of TiO, 7 to 15 wt. % of NaO, 7 to 15 wt. % of KO, 5 to 10 wt. % of ZrO, 2 to 5 wt. % of BaO, 2 to 5 wt. % of BO, 1 to 2 wt. % of MnO, and an adhesion enhancer. The coating composition provides favorable thermal resistance, acid resistance and mechanical properties, such that a cooking device and/or receptacle coated with the coating composition may be easily cleaned at a relatively low temperature.
