A continuously variable valve duration apparatus may include a camshaft, a cam unit on which a cam is formed, wherein the camshaft is inserted into the cam unit, first and second guide brackets into which the camshaft is inserted, a wheel housing movably mounted to the first guide bracket and the second guide bracket, respectively, an internal wheel rotatably provided on each wheel housing and transmitting rotation of the camshaft to the cam unit, a worm wheel mounted on the first guide bracket and the second guide bracket, respectively to engage the wheel housing, a control shaft which is rotatably mounted on the first guide bracket and the second guide bracket, and engages with the each worm wheel to move the position of the wheel housing according to its rotation, and a connecting member that connects the first guide bracket and the second guide bracket.

A continuously variable valve duration apparatus includes a camshaft, a cam unit on which a cam is formed, a guide bracket including an upper guide boss, an internal wheel configured to transmit rotation of the camshaft to the cam unit, a wheel housing in which the internal wheel is rotatably inserted, wherein a guide thread is formed in a portion of the wheel housing, and of which a guide shaft is formed to be movably inserted into the upper guide boss, a worm wheel to which an internal thread engaging with the guide thread is formed in the worm wheel, and to which an external thread is formed thereon, a control shaft on which a control worm engaged with the external thread is formed, and an upper bushing mounted on a lower portion of the upper guide boss to support the guide shaft.

A continuous variable valve duration apparatus may include a camshaft, a cam unit on which a cam is formed, wherein the camshaft is inserted into the cam unit, a guide bracket having an upper guide boss formed thereon, an internal wheel transmitting rotation of the camshaft to the cam unit, a wheel housing in which the internal wheel is rotatable inserted, wherein the wheel housing includes a guide shaft on which a guide screw thread is formed and the guide shaft is inserted into the upper guide boss to be movable, a worm wheel to which an internal screw thread engaging with the guide screw thread is formed therewithin, and to which an external screw thread is formed thereon, and a control shaft on which a control worm engaging with the external screw thread is formed.

An exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve is disclosed. The EGR valve includes a housing defining a flow path for exhaust gas recirculation, a flap for opening and closing the flow path, and an actuator for generating force for rotating the flap. The EGR valve includes further includes a three-arm linkage connecting between an output shat of the actuator and a rotational shaft of the flap.

An apparatus for evaluating a watertight state of a vehicle and a method for controlling the apparatus may include an automatic ejection device having a plurality of nozzles to automatically eject water to the glass on the inside of the vehicle, an additional ejection device configured to additionally eject water separately from the automatic ejection device, a plurality of cameras configured to photograph flows of the water when water is ejected by the automatic ejection device and the additional ejection device, so that evaluation of a watertight state between the vehicle body and the glass may be preliminarily verified by allowing the water to a lower end portion of the glass through the automatic ejection device and the additional ejection device, photographing the flows of the ejected water through the cameras, and detecting whether water is introduced into the internal of the vehicle.

Apparatus for evaluating watertight state of vehicle and method for controlling the same

An engine control system is provided and includes an engine having combustion chambers and provides driving torque through combustion of a fuel injected into the combustion chambers. A turbocharger includes a turbine rotated according to flow energy of exhaust gas, a compressor compressing external air, and a vane adjusting amount of exhaust gas supplied to the turbine. An EGR device recirculates exhaust gas to the combustion chamber. An exhaust manifold includes a body with an internal fluid path, exhaust inlets in which exhaust gas is introduced, a partition to form internal fluid paths, and an exhaust outlet to which exhaust gas is exhausted. Temperature sensors measure temperature of exhaust gas flowing through the internal fluid paths. A controller adjusts an opening amount of the vane of the turbocharger, exhaust gas recirculated using the EGR device, and fuel to be injected to the combustion chambers based on measured temperature.
