A printed circuit board includes: a first metal layer; an organic insulating layer covering at least a portion of the first metal layer and having a via hole exposing at least a portion of an upper surface of the first metal layer; a first seed metal layer disposed on an upper surface of the organic insulating layer; a second seed metal layer disposed on the first seed metal layer and extending onto a wall surface of the via hole and the exposed upper surface of the first metal layer; and a second metal layer disposed on the second seed metal layer and filling at least a portion of the via hole, wherein the first seed metal layer includes a first sputtering layer including titanium (Ti), and the second seed metal layer includes an electroless plating layer.

The image sensor includes at least one heat blocker or heat shield. The at least one heat blocker may be formed between the pixel area and the circuit area in the semiconductor substrate. The heat blocker or heat shield may block or dissipate heat generated at the circuit area from being transferred to the pixel area through the semiconductor substrate. The heat blocker or heat shield may be used in image sensors using a back-side illumination sensor (BIS) structure or image sensors using a silicon on insulator (SOI) semiconductor substrate.

An air conditioner comprises upper and lower sections. Each section includes a heat exchanger, a fan, and a wall which is slidably between opposite sides of the air conditioner. The heat exchangers are pivotable relative to their respective fans. By sliding the wall and pivoting the heat exchanger of either section, that section can be placed in communication with either the inside ambient air of the ambient outside air for performing a heating or cooling function. The air conditioner can thus be reversed between heating and cooling functions without reversing the direction of refrigerant cooling.
