A display device includes a substrate, pixel electrodes on the substrate, a bank in which opening areas partially exposing the pixel electrodes are defined, organic light emitting layers disposed on the pixel electrodes, a common electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layers and the bank, an encapsulation layer disposed on the common electrode, a touch electrode which is disposed on the encapsulation layer and does not overlap the opening areas in a thickness direction, a first adhesive member disposed on the touch electrode, a first light blocking layer which is disposed on the first adhesive member and does not overlap the opening areas in the thickness direction, color filters which are disposed on the first adhesive member and overlap the opening areas in the thickness direction, and a support layer which is disposed on the first light blocking layer and the color filters and includes a first organic material.

Display device and method of fabricating the same

A display device includes a substrate, a partition wall disposed on the substrate and having a plurality of openings, a first emission layer, a second emission layer, and a third emission layer respectively disposed in an opening of the partition wall and emitting light of different colors, a light blocker disposed on the emission layers and including a plurality of openings respectively overlapping the first emission layer, the second emission layer, and the third emission layer, and a color filter disposed in the opening of the light blocker. A separation distance between one edge of the partition wall contacting the second emission layer and the light blocker is greater than a separation distance between the one edge of the partition wall contacting the first emission layer and the light blocker.

A display device includes a substrate, a transistor on the substrate, a pixel electrode connected to the transistor, a bank layer disposed on the pixel electrode and defining a pixel opening overlapping the pixel electrode, an emission layer in the pixel opening, a common electrode on the emission layer and the bank layer, an encapsulation layer on the common electrode, a sensing electrode on the encapsulation layer, a first insulating layer disposed on the encapsulation layer and overlapping the pixel opening, a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer, and a third insulating layer surrounding the first insulating layer. A refractive index of the first insulating layer, a refractive index of the second insulating layer, and a refractive index of the third insulating layer are different from one another, and the refractive index of the first insulating layer is greater than the refractive index of the third insulating layer.

Display device

A display device includes: a display panel including a substrate having first and second opposing surfaces and a light emitting element disposed on the first surface of the substrate, the display panel having a transmission area through which light is transmitted from outside the display device; a sensor facing the surface of the substrate and configured to sense light received through the transmission area; and an anti-reflective member disposed between the sensor and the substrate and to transmit light such that reflection of applied light is reduced. The anti-reflective member overlaps the transmission area when viewed in a direction normal to the first and second surfaces of the substrate.

A display device includes a first base substrate including a light-emitting area and a non-light-emitting area around the light-emitting area, a wavelength conversion pattern on the first base substrate in the light-emitting area, and a light-emitting element layer on the wavelength conversion pattern. The light-emitting element layer includes a pixel electrode including a first conductive pattern between the wavelength conversion pattern and the first base substrate, and a second conductive pattern on the wavelength conversion pattern and spaced apart from the first conductive pattern, an organic light-emitting layer on the second conductive pattern, and a common electrode on the organic light-emitting layer.

The disclosure relates to a display device including a display panel, an inorganic layer directly contacting the display panel, and a carbon layer directly contacting the inorganic layer. A thickness of the carbon layer is about 1 nm to about 10 nm.
