The present disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for a predictive response-generation service to facilitate timely compliance with information-disclosure laws. When an event associated with an electronic data collection is detected, a set of features is extracted for the electronic data collection. The features are input into a machine-learning model to generate a request-prediction score. If the probability of receiving a request for data in the electronic data collection meets a threshold, a redaction operation specified by a redaction policy is executed on the electronic data collection to generate a modified electronic data collection. The modified electronic data collection, which is a redacted version of the electronic data collection, is transmitted to a digital response repository.

Predictive response-generation systems to facilitate timely compliance with information-disclosure laws

Systems and methods for transmitting near real-time geographic mass messaging requests. One example method includes receiving a geographic mass messaging request via a transceiver, the geographic mass messaging request including a message, a geographic reference, and a requesting agency identifier, and having at least one request characteristic. The method includes assigning, with an electronic processor, a priority to the geographic mass messaging request based on an electronically stored alerting authority policy and at least one selected from the group consisting of the requesting agency identifier, the geographic reference, and the at least one request characteristic. The method includes, responsive to determining that the priority does not meet a priority threshold, transmitting one of a request denied message and a request modification proposal via the transceiver to the requesting agency.

Transmitting near real-time geographic mass messaging requests

A communication system and method are provided for prioritizing the collection of evidence leads. Geographic mass messaging notifications are sent out alerting to an incident in conjunction with a request for incident information. Responding devices are prioritized based on device parameter information. The prioritization enables transient devices to be provided with a higher priority than non-transient devices. The assigned priority facilitates investigative follow-up of a plurality of evidence leads prior to the review of actual data content of each lead.

Method and system for collecting evidence leads in a communication system

A device, system and method for serving interfaces to client access devices based on assigned roles is provided. A device detects an authentication of a PSAP user via a client access device and retrieves a PSAP load. The PSAP load may be a current and/or historical call-taking load, and/or a current and/or historical first-responder dispatching load. The device assigns, based on the PSAP load, a role to the PSAP user, the role comprising one of: a call-taking role; a first-responder-dispatching role; and a combined call-taking and first-responder-dispatching role. The device serves, to the client access device, based on the role assigned to the PSAP user, a corresponding interface to one of: a call-taking application; a first-responder-dispatching application; and a combined call-taking and first-responder-dispatching application.
