The present disclosure provides a system for patient monitoring. The system may cause a medical device to perform a treatment or a scan on a patient who remains in a breath-hold status. During the treatment or the scan of the patient, the system may acquire one or more parameter values relating to one or more status parameters that reflect the breath-hold status of the patient using a monitoring device. The system may also predict a breaking point of the breath-hold status based on the one or more parameter value. The system may further adjust the treatment or the scan based on the breaking point of the breath-hold status.

Systems and methods for patient monitoring

A radiation treatment system may include a gantry configured to rotate around an object, a treatment head moving with the gantry, a plurality of imaging radiation sources configured to emit imaging beams toward the object, and one or more first detectors configured to detect at least a portion of the imaging beams. When the treatment head is delivering a treatment beam to the object, the plurality of imaging radiation sources and the one or more first detectors may be positioned outside at least a portion of a maximum treatment radiation region so as not to interfere with the treatment beam. In one embodiment, a CT system comprises a hybrid detector assembly coupled to a rotatable portion of a gantry of the CT system, the hybrid detector assembly including a plurality of detector arrays, the detector arrays separated along a direction parallel to an axis of motion of a table of the CT system, each detector array of the plurality of detector arrays including a different detector material. The hybrid detector assembly may be mounted on a translation mechanism configured to allow a position of the hybrid detector assembly to change within the rotatable portion of the gantry between a first acquisition of projection data and a second acquisition of projection data, to center an x-ray tube on a detector array of the hybrid detector assembly having a desired detector material.

A method may include obtaining input data relating to a target treatment plan for performing radiotherapy on a lesion using a radiation device. The input data may include a first target image of the lesion. The method may also include obtaining a segment shape estimation model. The method may also include estimating, based on the segment shape estimation model and the input data, a plurality of target location combinations of the target treatment plan and a plurality of target segment shapes of a collimator of the radiation device. One of the plurality of target location combinations may indicate a location of the collimator relative to the lesion. Each of the plurality of target segment shapes may correspond to one of the plurality of target location combinations.

The present disclosure provides a system and method for couch position calibration. The method may include obtaining one or more first images of a couch at one or more first locations in a first device, each of the one or more first images corresponding to one of the one or more first locations, wherein the couch includes a mark, and the mark intersects a first reference plane of the first device at a plurality of first points of the mark; determining, in each of the one or more first images, a first position of a representation of each of the plurality of first points; obtaining correlation information between the first position and actual position of each of the plurality of first points; and determining one or more calibration images based on the correlation information and the one or more first images.

A method for delivering radiation treatment may include defining a preliminary trajectory including a plurality of control points. Each control point may be associated with position parameters of a gantry and a couch. The method may also include generating a treatment plan based on the preliminary trajectory by optimizing an intensity and position parameters of a collimator and MLC leaves for each control point. The method may also include decomposing the treatment plan into a delivery trajectory including the plurality of control points. Each of the plurality of control points may be further associated with the optimized intensity, the optimized position parameters of the collimator and the MLC leaves, an output rate, and a motion parameter of each of the gantry, the couch, the collimator, and the MLC leaves. The method may further include instructing a radiation delivery device to deliver the treatment plan according to the delivery trajectory.

A radiation system is provided. The radiation system may include a bore accommodating an object, a rotary ring, a first radiation source and a second radiation source mounted on the rotary ring and a processor. The first radiation source may be configured to emit a first cone beam toward a first region of the object. A system and method for adapting treatment plan are provided. The method may include: obtaining a planning image of a region of interest relating to a first treatment fraction of a first treatment plan; obtaining a first image of the region of interest relating to a first scan of the region of interest with a first dose level; comparing the planning image with the first image to generate a first comparison result; determining whether the first comparison result satisfies a first replanning condition; causing, in response to a determination that the first comparison result satisfies the first replanning condition, one or more scanners to perform a second scan with a second dose level to provide a second image; and generating a second treatment plan according to the second image, wherein the second dose level is higher than the first dose level.

A movement of the subject may occur within the second region.
