A method of producing a fluoroolefin includes contacting a compound of formula (1), RCX═CHCF, with a fluorinated ethylene compound of formula (2), CXX═CXXin the presence of a catalyst. In the compound of formula (1), Ris a linear or branched C-Cperfluorinated alkyl group and Xis H, Br, Cl, or F. In the compound of formula (2), X, X, X, and Xare each independently H, Br, Cl, or F and at least three of X, X, X, and Xare F. The resulting composition comprises a compound of formula (3), R(CF)CX═CH(CF)CXXCFXX. In the compound of formula (3), X, X, X, X, and Xare each independently H, Br, Cl, or F, and the total number of each of H, Br, Cl, and F corresponds to the total number of each of H, Br, Cl, and F provided by the compounds of formulae (1) and (2).

Catalysed synthesis of fluorinated alkenes and fluorinated alkene compositions

Disclosed is an immersion cooling unit including an immersion cell, defining an internal cavity. An electrical component is positioned in the internal cavity. Also disclosed is a method of cooling an electrical component, comprising partially immersing an electrical component in a working fluid; and transferring heat from the electrical component using the working fluid.

Methods of immersion cooling with low-GWP fluids in immersion cooling systems

Fluorinated alkoxyvinyl ethers and methods for preparing fluorinated alkoxyvinyl ethers

Organopolysulfides such as organodisulfides, organotrisulfides and/or organotetrasulfides are useful stabilizers for polymer compositions, wherein the tendency of a polymer to degrade when exposed to environmental conditions such as heat, light and oxygen may be ameliorated by the incorporation of one or more of such organopolysulfides, optionally together with one or more additional stabilization additives such as a hindered phenol antioxidant, phosp(on)ite stabilizer or hindered amine light stabilizer.
